Breakfast was enough and good, beds were comfortable and we had a good rest after an entire day driving. Bathroom amenities provided and of good quality. A couple of restaurants accross the street looked good, but had to book in advance as there was no space. We couldn't have booked anyway because we arrived much later than we anticipated due to holiday traffic. We ended up having dinner at Subway, which is next door at a gas station, I think there is also a McDonald's. There is also a Billa supermarket.

We didn't realise there would be no elevator. We had a big piece of luggage that we had to carry up and down the stairs. Thank goodness it was only to the 1st floor. No staff for check-in, the key is left at a keybox in the entrance. It took me a while finding the mail with the code, I should have marked it. We are a family of 4 with a 10 and 14 year old and we had to book 2 rooms which doubles the price for us. One of the rooms we got was actually a triple and in the end my 14 year old slept by himself in a separate room because our 10 year old wanted to sleep with us. We could have all fitted in with a spare bed, there was plenty of room, and saved the price of 1 room.

I stopped only to spend the night so I can't give a detailed review, but some nice things are: - Friendly and helpful staff - Late check in possible - Spacious room - The room has a terrace, but the view is a bit limited - Nice breakfast

The only thing I can think of is that the floor in the apartment was a bit dusty.

The property is very clean, the breakfast is really tasty with lots of alternatives, the staff is friendly, the room is big and there was also a large terrace.

There is no sound isolation between rooms, even the neighbours were not loud, we were getting woke up by their water closet, some isolation would be needed. Still,this can be fixed with ear buds, we slept well after getting the ear buds(the property could provide this to avoid unpleasant experiences). The pillow is really bad

Recommendations! Great Breakfeast. Just 18 min with car to Söll. Many Restaurants reachable by foot. There should be ski bus in front if the hotel..but I did not try it. Easy check in by Code.

No regulated heating in the room. I guess it was heated by the floor heating system. In the evening it was cooler in the room.

Comfortable bed and quiet area. Very nice personal and an exceptional breakfast. It was easy to check in using the code for the key cabinet.

The walls are quite thin and you hear the neighbors talking.

As I was traveling by myself I found location very convenient , easy access to the town center and train / bus station. Room was nice, clean ,very warm. Interior in nice Austrian style. Very good breakfast , good choice and fresh products .
