No staff at the site

The property was extremely clean and modern. The location was excellent. Close to food and grocery stores and even closer to the slopes.

I have zero complaints, which is rare. My wife and I always expect something to be wrong when we show up because that always seems to be the case. This place presented us with no issues. So clean, great location, we will definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel i enjoyed my stay at this appointment. The size is great family room big enough with sofa bed enough for 2-3 persons😄The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable . Kitchen appliances were all new and in great working order, which made cooking a breeze🥰 Cleanliness perfect View perfect Location perfect 👌🏻 I stayed for 3 days and didn’t see any of the staff, but do not worry, you will find everything you need in the guest digital file. Even if you are outside and want to open hotel gates or room gate all from there 😄

I didn’t find the summer card useful, i didn’t use of the 7 cards for my kids, no one helped me to understand the facilities in the website only mentioned Wildschönau Premium Card while the ones I got are all Wildschönau Card not premium … i went to the nearby summer alpine coaster and the card doesn’t include it. Will be much useful if the alpine coaster was included

High standard, clean, modern and extremely comfortable accomodation. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washer and dryer. Underground garage. Storage room for the skis and boots with the heater in each one makes it perfectly comfortable. As an addition the access is fully automated so you are very independent. You operate out of web based service or the application. Bonus is a window view.

Spacious and modern apartments with excellent cleanliness, comfortable beds, and a well-equipped kitchen. The location is peaceful with beautiful mountain views, and the underground parking was very convenient.

there was no daily housekeeping during the stay.

no breakfast location was lovely but hill to climb if you dont have a car. bus stop right at the bottom of the hill. located next to little creek/river so peaceful and serene. The hotel room was equipped with everything we needed, self catered all 4 nights and had oven, toaster, fridge etc, all appliances as well as salt and pepper! and washing up tablets/liquid!! ski storage was also convenient

simple, easy, save access. clean, all necessary items in kitchen. big windows. mountain view. modern. many parking spots. balkony. many warm cozy lights. close to skii area. cute walks in jature and cute vilaga right next to accommodation. right next to bus stop

weird smell (probably from kitchen use from visitor before us) two small doonas instead of one big doona. no wine bottle opener.

The property was exceptional. Kept trying to find faults but couldn’t. Was spotless, great beds, excellent bathrooms, great ski storage with boot warmers……could go on. Would highly recommend.

Location, very new place, entertainment room for kids

There is no insect net on windows which would be helpful to prevent insects from coming into the room, No air conditioning. But again non of the similar hotels have these features either.
