The service staff at the hotel is very nice and friendly. There are a lot of cool amenities, like the adults only indoor pool (starting at age 16) and the family indoor pool. There is also an outdoor pool but we couldn't use that because of the weather. The game room and the gaming tables in the lobby are also a nice touch. My sister and I played board games almost every night. There is a snack time from 1pm to 5pm but this truly is like an extra meal. If you have the half board option you really don't need a meal at lunch time. There is plenty of food at snack time. It is also nice that the breakfast and dinner times are extended. Breakfast until 11am and dinner until 9pm.
Sometimes the vegetarian dishes were very dry. I had a dumpling dish once and a mushroom dish the following day and both dishes could have used a nice gravy. All the meat/fish dishes usually came with that and that was the only thing that was a little out of order. The hotel seems to be very environmentally conscious, so I was very surprised that they exchanged the towels on a daily basis. Most hotels these days only exchange the towels when you put them on the floor.
