It was such a beautiful location and within walking distance of a few restaurants nearby ( even with kids in tow). The staff was just lovely ( familyowned) the infinity pool which is indoor and outdoor on a good day was beautiful and surrounded by sunloungers. Breakfast was a little chaotic but worked well. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sunset in the morning.

The pillows were the size of a dollpillow and very thin :( i feel bad writing that but was literally so dissapointing when everything else works so well. The sleepersofa that our kids took was ok, but if i had slept on it, i would not have been able to unfold myself for weeks, would not suggest sleeper counch for adults.

We liked this beautiful hotel and place very much. If in german schön mean nice or awesome, it is really nice. Quiet place, breathtaking views around, exceptional indoor-outdoor pool, the breakfast everything was awesome. Wish come back again next year, because we have August round trips to Alps every year. By the way, the Platzl restaurant 100 m away was also incredible.

On the positive side, check-in was quick, and the pool offered a nice mountain view. Breakfast was good, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The hotel had ample parking and a handy e-bike storage room with charging. The sauna was also good.

On the downside, my room in the 4xx section was on the lowest floor with street-facing windows, leading to occasional nighttime noise when the windows were open. Despite this, the overall experience was positive due to the hotel's amenities and services.

Staff was friendly. Location was convenient to skiing and the hotel had free parking. The indoor pool was very nice. It was a fun family location for New Years Eve. Restaurant was a nice location to have a drink and play cards in the evening.

if there had been more snow or ice, the steep driveway to the hotel could have been treacherous. We were at the hotel for multiple nights and the breakfast was always the exact same. One different hot item each day would have been a nice variety.

They had a self check in feature that you could use through their app. I am not a fan of every little activity moving to apps that require log ins and passwords. But that was a minor issue.

Lovely location and views. Such friendly staff and owners. And the pool looked great too. Sadly we didn't have time to try it. Oh, and the rooms were absolutely spotless. It's rare to see such clean rooms!

There's no AC, so our room was a bit hot and stuffy when we arrived. Luckily an open window and the fresh alp air took care of that during the night.

Breakfast buffet was excellent - fresh fruits - large selection of cold meats / breads . Delicious scrambled eggs and bacon was my favorite

Even though there was no air conditioning the abilitity to have windows open was adequate to stay cool
