We had a lovely room with surprising facilities (complementary bottle of wine for example). Breakfast was full of options, and quite delicious. The spa and pool were amazing places to relax. Lovely cosy bar as well. We didn't have evening meals at the hotel but I've no doubt they would have been lovely if we had! The staff that we met were fabulous. Large lounges are available for relaxing and looked lovely although again, we didn't quite have the opportunity to use them. All in all, so many positives!

There was nothing to dislike.

The Hotel was excellently presented, well located between Nasserein and Galzig and short walks from the center. The Restaurant served incredible meals every evening and the staff truly made our trip perfect. Every effort was made to ensure we had an amazing honeymoon.

Only recommendation would be the option for a memory foam pillow as the pillows were quite uncomfortable for someone who struggles with neck pain.

Beautiful rooms and bathroom was awesome . We also loved the very well designed and cozy areas/lounges to sit , gather with family and friends , play a little bit of pool . The staff were amazing , friendly, helpful , courteous , especially the staff in the dining room , and the drivers who sent us to the ski lifts each morning .

Pool was beautiful but would be great if water was warmer .

Exceptional, friendly staff who took great care of us. Inviting pool and wellness area(though it took us a few days to brave the full cold bucket of water experience between steam and sauna sessions).Pool table and board games for the occasional bad weather moment. Really comfortable room (The Valluga Suite), perfect for a family stay. Delicious breakfast and good range of a la carte options in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Perfect.

First of all the hotel looked better than expected. Both the outside as the inside. The room was great and had a lot of details like free chocolate, nespresso machine, great TV with Chromecast, etc. The bathroom was exceptional and had 2 sinks. Everything was kept impeccably clean and comfortable daily by the very nice cleaning ladies. But for us the highlight of the stay wasn't even all this. It was the staff. Everyone, without exception was spectacular and super nice. Especially Linda and Tony from the restaurant. These were the people that made our stay an 11/10. We hope to stay in Valluga one next time again and encounter all these great people again.

The only swimming pool (indoor) which is beautiful is way to cooooold! This was also mentioned in many other reviews.. No one goes in it because of that. And the only jacuzzi is in the swimming pool using the same water and therefore is also cold. So technically even though there's a swimming pool and a jacuzzi, mostly no one uses them because it's just too cold and unpleasant. I assume it might be related to energy restrictions, otherwise I really wouldn't know why not increase the water by 2-3 degrees

Valluga is a very nice hotel. Staff is very friendly and committed, with a personal and easy going style. Excellent breakfast with a very wide choice of food. Valluga definitely has a very good kitchen for dinner, starting with an excellent salad bar and refined appetizer and deserts. Main course with Asian influence, very nice. The spa is a pleasure - nice indoor swimming pool and everything else.

There was a slight hick-up at dinner, when the offered choices turned out to have been sold out. Strange that it happens (but the alternatives were quite good). The hotel is not at the bottom of the main slopes. However, there was an excellent shuttle to and from the main ski lift.

Decor of rooms and cleanliness was second to none. Absolutely loved the hotel

I dont think there were private showers in the spa, which i would have expected. sometimes the staff were a little up tight, unecessarily. Like for example, i was given a voucher for a free drink in the bar. I wanted to use that voucher to buy my friend a drink, and the receptionist would not permit it. My position is that i should be able to use that voucher as i wish, it wouldnt have made any difference to the hotel. just tarnished my views on the otherwise exemplary service.

Excellent stay. My wife works in hospitality so it is hard to exceed her expectations, but Valluga Hotel did. Great, friendly and attentive staff, very clean and modern interior, rain shower, free fruit, water and coffee in the room, attention given to all details, pool was very nice, also with our four year old son. Tesla (also non-Tesla suitable) charging stations right outside the hotel parking lot. Free parking.

The room was an upgrade double. it was excellent in every respect. I used to inspect Hotels and for this level of Hotel and price, it would beat nearly all. So many little details and charming staff. The breakfast was one of the best ever.

We had one dinner, table d'hote, which wa excellent. The wine list was superb, but very much top end. It would have been nicer to have had more choice of wines below 50 Euros, of which there were very few.
