The location was perfect, and the hotel provided everything I needed. Parking was provided, the walk to the lift is like a minute or two. The lockers were heated, and two were provided (depending on the room). The studio room kitchen was super nice, and it had everything you need to prepare a meal. There are two electric charging stations in the hotel as well.

The coffee pods were free for the first day, but if you wanted more, you needed to pay, which isn't the worst. However, it would have been nice if they were refilled every day.

This was the best hotel experience we had during our trip. We loved absolutely everything! Starting from the reception lady who was very sincere and polite ending with great quality food and secure parking (we arrived during the storm so it was really nice). The room was extremely cosy, clean, you could feel the hotel pays a lot of attention to details with best quality tea and additional toiletries. Big windows with balcony to enjoy the mountain views. Also we extremely loved the breakfast with fresh products. It's a pity we couldn't stay longer, we would love to come back again!

the hotel was very clean however the cleaning staff kept trying to clean my room very early. someone knocked on the door at 8:30am to clean one day, another day we returned from the hotel breakfast to find them in the room at 8am cleaning and on the day of departure the cleaning staff let themselves into the room before the 10am check out time with a do not disturb sign on the door while we were still packing. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel but felt like it was too much to early in the day.

The Hotel was modern with all the necessary features for a comfortable stay. The room was clean. You get your bathrobe and slippers. The night was quiet and breakfast was tasty. The parking for the vehicle was in the underground garage. Just perfect. We will be back.

Property is very well maintained, and has all the facilities you need during wintersport/ a ski holiday incl. a spa with multiple sauna’s, ski room and studio/apartments/ rooms with balconies. Parking and charging point also on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is just perfect; right next to Nasserein Bahn.

Good location, lovely rooms, we really enjoyed the garden with kids slide and trampoline and the small games room.
