Where to start. Henrietta greeted us with a warm smile and was helpful through out our stay, giving great suggestions on skiing parking and places to eat. The apartment was in an excellent location with parking next to the door. Very quiet but convenient short walk or bus to slopes and centre of town It was very comfortable, exceptionally clean and had everything we needed including condiments herbs spices and washing tabs. A variety of different machines to make coffee. Heated boot racks and indoor leaves for skis. The wellness suite was an added bonus as was the daily delivery of bread and pastries. We appreciated the regular housekeeping.

We loved everything about the apartment. It was spacious and comfortable and it had everything! Even herbs and spices were in the cupboard. The bread delivery was an added bonus. Henrietta could not have been more helpful and we appreciated that she came by so frequently to freshen up the apartment during the day.

Our stay in Raffl Apart was overall great. Frau Henrietta was an excellent host which was quick to reply to any request via email or WhatsApp and offered a lot of information. The two apartments we rented were both of a very high standard, very spacious, maintained at a very good quality and modern feel and very well equipped. Also they were cleaned every second day. There was also a sauna, steam room and hot tub available in the premises (need to book a slot so that they can be cleaned between different guests) which was great after a day at the slopes. In the morning, there was an option to have fresh bread and pastries (at an extra cost) delivered at your door which was very convenient for starting our day. Finally another plus was the proximity to the lift Nasserein (Nassereinbahn) at approximately 500 meters from the apartments with the option of a free skibus as well. Definitely an accommodation option I would consider again the next time I visit St. Anton which hopefully will be soon. Hint: if you are a group of 6-8 people, consider requesting availability of apartments Top1 and Top2 which are in the same part of the building and effectively it can work out as if you are in one big apartment but at the same time having the benefit of privacy of two separate and independent units (separate keys and doors for each).

Very minor thing but one of the two apartments did not have an oven. It was not an issue for us as we had two apartments and could use the one in the second apartment but if we only had the one without the oven, our cooking options would be limited (given it is a self catered apartment).

Henrietta was great and very easy to communicate with. She delivered us bread every morning. The place was super clean and had everything you could need for a ski week, including a well stocked kitchen for cooking!

I did not even see it here on booking.com but the apartment has a full spa in the basement complete with jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. You will find everything you need for cooking, several options for making coffee and even a soda maker.

Comfortable, warm and a good size. Bread service was great. Room had very good. Everything works. Hosts were great.

Henrietta was so nice and very helpful on our arrival and provided a bakery delivery every day. Nice touch. Would definitely use this location again
