The apartments are massive, clean, modern, nicely decked out, comfortable, nice views, with everything we could've wanted. The staff were really accommodating and friendly. Thank you!

The kids playroom last year was great, but this year, was partly under construction. Some parts usable, but looks like it wasn't ready for the season start. Otherwise, great place.

City, hotel, location, terrace, kitchen (had everything we needed), two bathrooms in a triple room,

30 euros per day per pet, additional parking fee, despite the reservation for three people the room was ready for two adults, after 8 pm nobody answered calls or messages, the third person had to sleep without a bed - in the morning they answered that they were preparing for the arrival of a child, but even for the child there was no bed, no towels - nothing.

Great pick for people traveling in bigger groups! Very spaceous apartment with comfy beds, nice spa, big terrace.

Dish washer was not empty, there was stuff from the previous guests hidden underneath some furniture. Location is somewhat off… but reachable with Taxi.

The underground parking and secure storage for our bikes in the ski room, our balcony with a view of the river and hillside, comfortable beds, spacious room.

The kitchen could have used a few more accessories like Backpapier, a pizza wheel, basic seasoning, sharp knives.

Friendly staff, extremely clean and loved the fact we could park securley. Used the laundry and sauna great.

If being picky, the lounge area could do with a more comfortable sofa.

The apartment is excellent, modern, spacious and very well equipped, but was underground. This was not stated in booking site. I asked repeatedly to be moved, useless.

My apartment was underground, in fact one of the buildings is located entirely underground (under the road level). I had only one wall to outside, and a terrace (no handrail - dangerous). The terrace was in common with the neighbours (garbage, cigars smoke enter in my living room). My apartment was below the underground garage level, see picture. The access to the parking is extremely difficult - I had a small car and I am a good driver Found dirty plates in the kitchen. The hotel is located far away from the city center, cable cars, or other facilities.

The hotel location is good. The apartment was good in terms of size, cleanliness and comfortably. Overall its excellent hotel to stay

The hotel doesn't have AC, but it was ok during night at the time we staying there. The only negative comments I have, its for a guy who came and asking us to leave at 10 am, there was miss communication regarding check out timing, but the way he came and open the door was not acceptable and doesn't reflect the good image from the other staff in the hote. He shouldn't do that and impacting the good efforts from other staff. The check out time should be correct it in BOOKING.COM as it was mentioned the timing at 11 am while the hotel requested to depart at 10 am. The person at front desk was nice and gave us till 11 am to prepare our luggage to check out at 11

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very clean and nicely styled. Fantastic view from the balcony. Just a short walk into St. Anton.

We had to pay 8 euros per day to park our car.

The Vaya staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was a good size for our 6 person. The well ness area was perfect after a days skiing. The nearby shuttle was handy.

Large, clean apartment with modern and cosy decor and a beautiful mountain view. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds were very comfortable. Exceptionally clean. Very friendly and competent check in staff.

Minor inconvenience- The balcony off the living room was connected to the adjacent apartment's balcony without separators. As the occupants were often out smoking there , we didn't use the balcony. Wasn't a problem as there was another private balcony
