The location is away from the main road. There is a large grass area for the kids to run around and play. The apartments on the ground floor provide plenty of room and are well designed! The fridge is well stocked with drinks (handy considering the nearest shop is a 20min walk). Breakfast was included! Plenty of parking. There is a social room with children's toys and games. Family Oriented.

Outside the owner's control...no buses to Ried im Innkreis, everything goes to Linz and then rail connections back. A car is absolutely necessary.

Apartment was nice and specious, clean and smelled very nice. Had everything you need. The owners have an eye for the details and tought about everything. There was eaven a small step for the children in the bathroom so it is easier for them to brush the teeth. The breakfast was very good with enough variety. We could eaven eat outside enjoying the morning sunshine. We will sertanly come back.

Very spacious and beautiful room with some cooking facilities. We picked up food from the local supermarket and ate in our room. There is also a covered patio area which would be good for dining. Quiet location, everything exceptionally clean and first class fittings and decor. Good breakfast.

We couldn’t find a restaurant open nearby. Could do with a few extra plates and cutlery.

Everything. Beginning with the ease of checking in to the very clean and nicely designed room with the little kitchen and the spacious shower . The breakfast and the lovely people running the place certainly deserve a mentioning too.

That I could not find an excuse to stay longer.

The last time we were there, the apartment and the beds were setup for three people although we reserved for four (the children are still small so we managed). No biggie, but kind of strange.

The owners were friendly. Showed all the best locations that applied to our needs. Rooms are excellent with facilities for long or short stay. Breakfast was lovely, with a good variety. Location is very quiet. Hotel has a western themed town attached to the rear

Amazing spacious apartment and very quiet, comfy beds and washed linen, big walk in shower, very good breakfast with freshly prepped scrambled eggs by the owner. Owners were informative during the checkin. Dedicated parking with Type2 EV charger (that works!) for free.

Nice, clean, friendly people, close to the motorway.

One of the mattresses was a bit...tired. The other one was ok. The noise of guests from other rooms can be heard, so there is place to improve on sound insulation.

Everything was perfect, the location, the room and the staff. The room is full of everything, comfortable, tidy and fresh. The personnel are very friendly, efficient and professional.

Everything was perfect. Very nice owner. We needed the place to sleep on our way to Germany, and this was the perfect choice. It is close to the highway, but still it is surrounded by nature and it is quiet enough for a good night's sleep. We had a walk in charming little town. The rooms are specious, modern and clean. The breakfast was good, There is a charger for electric cars at the parking lot.
