Basically everything. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The property had a very nice elegant touch to the finishings - very rare for the price. The staff arranged for a larger suite without costs as my child’s accommodation was not clarified earlier. The breakfast and dinner were good too. There’s a garden restaurant and also an in house Wintergarten to sit at. The loving staff even packed a croissant for my child for the way. There’s ample safe private parking behind the hotel building.

The noise from the train station to some extent which mostly gone after we closed the window.

The staff was very kind and friendly- pleasure to meet such a nice people! The hotel itself has a very interesting atmosphere and design, vintage vibes.

The bathroom was really not taken good care of. Mold and other quite disgusting soap leftovers on the shower head.. i guess the stay in Austia is normally more on the expensive side, but for the price we paid I would expect the bathroom to be much more cleaner.

Elaborately decorated interior of building with sumptuous furnishings in the suite we rented. Huge bathtub with jets, large leather sectional couch in room, and a luxury feeling throughout. Easily one of the best rooms of our month-long trip.

Nobody showed up to serve breakfast until around 8:30. Guest were milling around wondering what to do, and it wasn't even clear how one could get out of the building as everything was locked up. I presume this was a one-time event caused by some emergency or misunderstanding, but it did flaw the stay, as we wanted to leave earlier than was possible.

The staff was pleasant and the hotel was clean, although it has long since passed its glory. Dinner from the menu was very tasty.

We booked and paid for a superior room, but were accommodated in a standard room. They forgot to add a towel to the extra bed. Room 101 is very noisy even with the windows closed (train, road), but that was to be expected given the location of the hotel. The bed creaked terribly, really terribly with every turn. The buffet breakfast was more modest, but that's probably due to the currently small number of guests.

The property was very neat & clean and near to train station. This is one of the hotel which I liked during my Europe Trip. The facilities provided by the hotel were fantastic in the price range for which I have booked it. They have Steam & Sauna, Gym, Bar and Restaurant. The room and bathroom were very spacious. I would like to stay in this hotel during my next Europe Trip. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

The property is a bit rich in decor, but it was done by great quality materials and has everything you may need! It had everything we needed with our 3year old, and the staff was EXCEPTIONAL! We also tried their brand new restaurant. Service, door quality and atmosphere were 10/10! Thank you to the gentleman at the reception(I believe the owner) and Lena!

minor issue, but the shower leaked a bit in to the bathroom, although we were given plenty of extra towels so it wasn’t a problem…

What's not to like? This hotel has such a beautiful personality. I an so tired of chain hotels (ho hum) and individually owned hotels that model themselves after chain hotels. Yes, chain hotels have their place, but unique gems like this one do, too! It's fantastic! And so are its staff. Love, love, love it!

Very nicely furnished, clean, and spacious room with above-standard equipment. Good breakfast with some vegetables and fruit.

Just one little problem, it is not possible to open windows. After using the hot tub, the room became humid, which we had to address by turning on the air conditioning to dry the air.

It was a bit quirky and homely. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Not at all a standard boring corporate hotel.

We liked everything apart from the urinal in the bathroom which seemed a bit strange.

Everything was ok, nice breakfast with good quality products.

Interior may be considered a bit extravagant (especially crazy colored lighting in the bathroom) but thats just a matter of taste, not a drawback really.
