The bakery downstairs, the size of the room, the view facing the street, the audio system, the size of the shower and the bathroom. once again the bakery! The city is cozy. The lake. The small community

The bed is way to soft (have a top over the mattress which is moving after one day). No cleaning. We didn’t open the window since was winter but in the summer is noise. The hotel is in a intersection and also there is a terrace downstairs. The dusty floors. The neighbors doors slammed all the time that make the room vibrate

We had two rooms. One for a couple the other for a party of three. Both were commodious, architecturally laid out and well appointed. The best part was the included breakfast that was served within the integral patisserie and was excellent.

The hosts/owners completely ignored us and disregarded, disrespectfully whatever communications we sent to them in the Booking app. We have never experienced anything like it - once they provided the information on self checkin, we became thin air. The architecture of the rooms and steeply sloping ceiling made us bang our head frequently in the shower and cooking area. Also, while the rooms were clean they were still dusty and spider webs could be seen. Last, no one attended the rooms during our entire stay of four days. We did not like it and it wasn’t mentioned in any description of the property. Parking for a fee is available near by or in adjacent streets.

Excellent location, cannot be better. The apartment has everything you might need, SPAR supermarket really just a few steps away. La Sonett brasserie is super good. Gmunden is really amazing place and to stay in La Sonett gives you the best comfort and best location for any activities. Highly recommended.

Very, Very nice (not that) little apartments, just next to Grumden's beautiful promenade. Bear in mind it's not a hotel. there is no reception or dining room, but the rooms are run by and located just above a great Cafe/Bakery. our room was spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. even though there is no reception, the self check in was pretty straight forward and convenient. Overall a wonderful and recommended experience.

Everything was perfect. We loved our cozy and stylish apartment. On the ground floor of the building there is a pastry shop with fantastic deserts. Also we had breakfasts here. It is very convenient that they serve breakfasts until 2:30 pm. 10 minutes away from hotel there is a nice place to swim in the lake and take a sunbath on the grass. We enjoy our stay in this hotel.

Very modern apartment with very comfortable bed. All the staff we dealt with were super lovely, including in those in the cafe downstairs. It is possible to store luggage until your departure.

The floors were quite dirty and kitchenette was incredibly dusty. The bathroom and bed were super clean, but it has honestly been a while since we we've stayed somewhere with such a dirty floor.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The location is convenient. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

The code given via the email was not working. Luckily the staff who was doing the cleaning work saw us and opened the door for us and called the owner to give us a new code, which worked perfectly. There’s no shampoo in the bathroom. The bottle is empty. Should have checked the room and done the top up.

The location was fantastic, right in the centre of Gmunden with easy access to all the interesting bits, the lake, the shops, the bars. It was also a comfortable walk to the Grunberg cable car. If you have a sweet tooth, you will enjoy the superb cakes and patisseries at both Grellinger and La Sonett. The apartment itself was well-equipped and I appreciated the air conditioning on hot days. For me, the location and the nice people at La Sonett made this a perfect stay for one person travelling alone with no car.

There wasn't a table and chair in my room, only stools and a slim desk, which were sufficient for doing a bit of work and for eating light snacks. Yes, there was some music coming from the bar next door at night, but I am a late sleeper so it didn't bother me. I had brought along earplugs but didn't feel I needed to use them.

Everything about La Sonett was absolutely wonderful. From the thoughtful details like the names and the room design to the high-quality amenities—even the soaps were special and of exceptional quality. The bakery is simply to die for, and the breakfast is an absolute must. The sourdough bread was some of the best we’ve ever had. We were beyond pleased and can’t wait to return!

We liked the accommodation very much. In my opinion the ratio of price and quality was adequate. The rooms were clean, modernly equipped. I appreciate the basic equipment of the kitchen, there was a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine for capsules and other equipment. The TV in the room is large enough. On the first floor, a table and chairs were available in the room, on the second floor, due to the size of the room, only stools and a narrow shelf under the TV were available, which served as a storage counter, which was still enough if we had breakfast in the morning. The air conditioning came in handy too. Also I appreciate plenty of hangers in the closet ;) Other note: You will receive a code for the room on the day of arrival (well in advance), which is also used to unlock the main entrance that leads to the pastry shop. Parking is possible anywhere in the parking lots in Gmunden for a favorable price. Everything is close from the accommodation, e.g. supermarket, restaurant, bakery, square, post office, public transport stop and others.

Terrible noise every evening until about 2:00 and until 4:00 in the morning, which probably came from the bar right next to the accommodation. But since the rooms are well laid out, it was enough to close all the windows and run the air conditioner so that we were not hot. In one room, there were not enough coffee capsules.
