The staff is extremely friendly and the room is beautiful and spacious. Location is in the heart of the town. They also provided us with beach towels and a beach bag which was lovely.

I am not a fan of self check in hotels, I do not consider this a hotel then if I have to do the whole process myself, however the staff were waiting for us when we arrived and they were very helpful. Breakfast could see more choices.

Everything about this place is good, make sure to include breakfast to your stay, enjoy baths and also they give include your wörthersee card which gives daily access to public beach , and lots of discounts in region including free public transport.

I couldn’t notice any, maybe having a little minibar or refrigerator would be nice touch.

Great location, in the heart of Velden, but still quiet enough. The room was large and very clean. Great breakfast selection, you can see that they have a butcher shop, fresh food and a good selection with focus on quality. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It might get hot in summer, but we had no issues in may.

The automated check in procedure with a code didn’t work. But it was resolved with one phone call.

I really liked the property. I was very happy with the hotel – the beds were extremely comfortable, the location was excellent, the breakfast was very good, and everything was spotlessly clean.

For my need there was not something missing

Spend night in a suite and really enjoyed. Man from country with thousand lakes aka Finland enjoyed Velden am Wörther See and its calmness. Hotel was close to lake and service was great at hotel.

nice rooms, good location, close to beautiful Strandbad, very friendly and thoughtful staff and all was perfectly organised for our late arrival. good parking lots for free and outstanding breakfast!
