Parking at the door - then 4 sets of stairs to No.10. Recommend you ask for a lower floor. Wall lamps and bedside lamps, very well thought out. Two rooms-separate lounge is nice. Lounge and arm chair, so very good. Bedroom with good but tiny, ensuite bathroom has a good shower, comfortable bed. Bedside lamps. Shared washing machine in basement. Great wifi signal. Kitchen is well provisioned but no corkscrew or bottle opener. Microwave, bar fridge with freezer compartment. Cooktop, no oven. As described. Would stay again but on a lower floor.

The apartment proved to be very well furnished and equipped with all things needed for our pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, the windows could close out noise quite perfectly. All small details were perfectly concerned. The breakfast was functional and well set-up, with a practical range of goods served.

The parking space proved to be limited, so the very last guest arriving in a day always had to block the others to some extent (which we solved it via corporation between us).

This was our second time staying at Ferienwohnungen Zollner, just for one night, and once again everything was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is excellent, and the location in Villach is lovely and peaceful. We were very impressed and truly enjoyed our short stay. It's a great place whether you're planning a longer holiday or just passing through on your way to Italy. We warmly recommend it and will keep a wonderful memory of our time here.

We really enjoyed the stay. Pension has a perfect location in Villach. The staff were very kind and the apartment was clean and nice. Also it is a good combination the apartment where we have kitchen corner but offering breakfast as well at the pension. The apartmen has a really large and nice shower-bath.

The breakfast time is a bit strict on week days ending at 9:00. Would be better to have until 10:00. The coffee could be self service during the breakfast. In the apartment: Would be good to have a holder for the dishes to get them dry after washing them up. A bit larger or extendable dinner table would be good in the apartment.

Great, great spot to stay if you want to enjoy the lakes around Villach and Klagenfurt or if you are going on a longer trip to the south. The appartment featured not only two large rooms (one with a built-in kitchen) but also very good air conditioning and a very fast wifi, while offering pure silence from any noises outside. Definitely our best find so far (we have been staying 1-2 nights around Klagenfurt each year for 12 years straight now). The place is very clean and tasteful.

Not a single thing needs to be improved - the place is perfect.

The quality of our stay was exceptional. Our apartment was amazing. I have to highlight that our bed was amazing and thanks to the REAL A/C UNIT in your room, you can really set the temperature to your liking with a remote. It was the best night we had during our trip, and I hadn't slept that well in a while. Our apartment was very spacious, all amenities were new and clean. Breakfast was basic but enough. We stayed for one night on our way to Italy.

very good.. the facility is in a quiet and beautiful environment, a little outside the center but very nice for silence and rest. the city is also very nice..breakfast in the office is more based on salami - sandwiches and cereal (I missed something warm, scrambled eggs or sausage, but it could be obtained on request). the beds are extremely comfortable, the apartment is a good size. I definitely recommend it..

warmer food at breakfast. and at least 2-3 coffee capsules, when there is already a coffee machine in the room..

These apartments are very nice and cozy, freshly renovated and equipped with everything a person needs including air conditioning and central heating in the living room and bedroom. Breakfast is good and included in the price. Internet is fast (200 MBits/s) and stable. Highways and railway station are not far away. Frankly, I did not want to leave and cannot exclude returning back at some point ☺️

Everything was good, no drawbacks

Clean room, nice area, appreciated the recommendation from host for late evening meal at Gasthof nearby up the hill, which I was glad of, as the apartments were in a suburb outside of Villach and I arrived late at the local station and walked 20 mins to check in. Despite having nobody on check-in, I was able to contact them on the phone and a key had been placed in a convenient location.

Buffet breakfast included, but it was a bit lacking. Items were running out and not replaced as guests arrived. There was a fresh fruit selection of only a few pieces of fruit.

Very clean, modern and unfussy; had everything one could possible need. Quiet location and convenient for the City Bus. Great breakfast.

Because the apartment had a shared balcony with next door, we felt that we could unfortunately not leave our bedroom window open during the night, even though it was on the second floor.
