Very nice hotel with high standards ,super clean and comfortable to use thermal spa,good breakfast with many choices

I don’t like that hotel is advertising as benefit possibility to enter to the therme before opening ,it’s creating expectation but at the end you are finding yourself in the place where staff is cleaning and preparing eveing before open with many areas of the therme not possible to be use.

Rooms were large and housekeeping was excellent. The food in the restaurant was of a very high quality. The wellness area attached to the hotel was excellent.

I felt isolated as there are no shops or outside restaurants nearby. You need to travel 10 mins by car to Villach for any shopping etc.

It was a birthday present for my daughter. The elegant and delicious room birthday decorations set the positive and festive tone for this weekend trip. The personnel was caring and efficient and fast responding to requests. Thank you.

Nice hotel, high quality breakfast, very kind and helpful staff (reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning personel) Free and direct access to the Warmbaderhof thermal pools (swimming and a warm pool with massage) where you can bath in the spring itself. Unlike the spa this place was not crowded so you can relax and enjoy the fantastic water and the silence

Our room was on the second floor and faced the walls of the spa so it was a bit dark. I think the view can be better on the the third floor

Really good place to stay in Villah - with direct access to thermal SPA, massage and treatment, aquapark, hiking trails, parks, etc.

Aquapark (especially a sportpool) somewtimes maybe overcrowded.

Excellent facilities, the pool and sauna areas are architecturally interesting. Friendly and efficient staff.

A few of the younger waiters were not as polite as they could have been.

A little on the pricey side, but quality costs money

What makes the hotel fantastic is the friendly staff and the access to the Kara-wankers wimming pools and fitness center. Also there is access to the natural Thermen. The Kara-wankers aqua complex is beautiful, several pools in one complex. The fitness club is amazing, the hotel gives free access to this club, which has a huge amount of equipment. The breakfast is also fantastic. It is really nice staying with the kara-wankers.

Very polite and helpfull stuff. Very clean , spacious and comfy room.

Dinning tables were very near each other instead of 2m apart in times of covid19 still, as guests are still wearing a masks all the time. Did not liked a fact that big number of other non-hotel guests are using pools, it can be crowded.
