kind of small pillows, my water kettle wasn’t clean

We needed to spend one night in Villach and we didn't really care what hotel we stayed in, as long as it met our normal expectations in the basics. We were very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The parking was excellent, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was much more than fine. Very purposefully furnished room of a pleasant size. Very well soundproofed rooms - couldn't hear at all that we were directly opposite the train station. Excellent value for money.

Perhaps a small fridge would have made the room absolutely great.

The staff is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and flexible to humans and pets alike. This hotel is in a perfect location, just across the train station, with ample parking possibilities, something appreciated, especially when traveling with a pet or a person with restricted mobility. I especially commend the reception area with ample space and the ability to work some extra hours even after checking out.

The stay has been perfect. There is nothing really to talk about in terms of not liking the place. A cloth to move over the mirror, which reflects more than half of the room, would help with a dog.

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy check in. Good location directly across from the main train station and bus terminal. Close to the town center. Apartments include cookware and utensils which was a nice touch.

Need clearer instructions on how to use the self paid washing machines on the service level and also for in room electric induction stove. Could use firmer pillows, and an extra chair in the larger rooms.

The staff is amazing: they go out of their way to share useful information so you can make the most of your stay.The facilities are superb and the location excellent across from the train station and the busses! It is very quiet and within easy walking distance to the downtown center, restaurants, markets, shopping centers, and views from the bridge! I loved it here!

Location couldn't be better - across the street from the train station, central to many really great bike rides, including the Alps Adria trail over the Julian Alps. Great breakfast, helpful receptionist.

We expected a small refrigerator, but turns out that has to be requested.

Location was central. View was nice up to the mountains.

The fact the room wasn't serviced at all. The waste room was not emptied enough causing flies to gather. Overflow of rubbish in several bins throughout site. Parking should have been discounted since it was advertised for the hotel. This is not encouraging customers to park there. The laundry facilities were available but they should be free for guests.

The hotel is perfectly located across the banhof. If youre using public transportation during your stay its perfect. Very convenient to get to the lakes by bus. The room is amazing and super comfortable as well.

Breakfast could be better, but there are no good options in the region, honestly. Besides the supermarket

We are motorcyclists, The manager let us park the motorcycles at the garage and that was great !! The hotel has also self washing and drying machines - very important for those who are long time on the roads. Very clean, very good breakfast.

Some may not like it is next to the banhoff, but no issue at all.

The room is very spacious and clean. I liked the sustainability options. The staff was very nice to talk to, and the whole atmosphere is welcoming. I would stay in the hotel another time if I come in Villach

When I opened the kettle there was an old tea inside that was getting rotten. It’s half the previous tenants’ fault but being more accurate to the details would be nice.
