Friendly staff. Location - in the very center of the city, also close to the train station, which was great. Incredible breakfast with a lot of delicious dishes, quality products. The room was clean, the bed - a good size for one person, and also comfortable! The room - medium size, bathroom - fully equipped with everything you need, there was a kettle and everything to make tea and coffee.

From the moments that would have made my stay more comfortable. A small refrigerator. I saw that the hotel replied to the previous guest that they do not add them in the room for environmental reasons, but it seems to me that such a refrigerator can be kept turned off while there are no guests there, and guests after check-in, if they need it, will turn it on, I don't know... In any case, I do not perceive a refrigerator with a snack bar near the reception as a full-fledged alternative. Also the interior is a bit old, and a cosmetic makeover would definitely not be superfluous.

A lovely hotel- perfect location just at the beginning of the walking street/dowtown area. It was a super easy access from the Drauradweg. The hotel throughout is an amazing jewel. The 'boutique' in the hotel name is deservedly so. Staff is lovely, perfect bike storage (separate from the hotel- just down the street). My room overlooked the walking street and the street which had the car & bus traffic, but the windows had amazing insulation and heard nothing. The breakfast set up is incredible- the food selection is top notch- at least 5 star. The breakfast room(s) itself is like a Versaille miniature set up.

Location is very central, at the pedestrian area of town. Our quadruple room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight, with huge variety of hot and cold dishes, great selection of tea and juice, and delicious coffee. All assisted well and supplemented regularly by a friendly staff!

Be aware that the reception closes very early. We arrived around 10:30pm and needed to search for a backstreet entry to find an envelope with room-key on the counter, and check-in instructions. Strangely, despite the fact that I indicated this arrival time in my reservation, the hotel has not proactively communicated with me that I’ll not have a chance for a personal check-in. All ended well, though. I could even park the car on hotel’s patio.

The hotel is very centrally located and is great if you want to explore the city center. The room was clean, the bathroom seems new. Breakfast was very good and personal during breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel appears when you put free parking in the filter but the parking is not free and also not necessarily available. It is small and we couldn't park any of the nights we spent in the hotel. This should be more clear before you make reservation. Additionally, pictures of the room I made reservation for were quite different from the actual room, which was clean but very simple and a bit overpriced.

The hotel staff was simply fantastic. We arrived late and the woman in the lobby was so helpful and polite. The restaurant downstairs offered excellent food. The rooms were clean and comfortable and breakfast was very nice.

Parking at the hotel is very minimal, but there is a public parking lot across the street, which actually is cheaper than parking at the hotel. This ended up not being a problem for us, but I thought it would be worth mentioning for someone who has never been at the hotel before.

The property is sophisticated, comfortable, well maintained and includes excellent parking. The reception and restaurant staff were very courteous and efficient. The room itself was very modern, spacious and very clean. The breakfast buffet included an amazing selection of savoury and sweet offerings. Coffee was perfect. The property is located in the middle of the Villach town, but is very quiet and secure. This is an exceptional property that is also great value for money.

The parquetry floor in our room was very squeaky underfoot.

Don't choose this place for the "includes breakfast." We stayed 3 nights. The room and bed were wonderful: clean and comfortable. The room was large with a small couch and a large bathroom. Fantastic shower. Receptionists are all pleasant. Fabulous location in the pedestrian area just over the bridge.amd.down the street from the bahnhof.

First the positive: You got your own pot of coffee, all served on pretty blue and white china. Other than that, Breakfast was consistently disappointing. Meat burned. Croissants stale. "Breakfast available until 10 am" however at 9 am sliced bread and cut fruit was "finished" when we asked about refills. Cramped, noisy small breakfast room. Not a pleasant way to start the day.

A very nice hotel located in the heart of Villach, in a fantastic spot near the waterfront and the town square. It’s perfect for walks with a dog along the riverbanks, as well as for strolling through the charming town center, which is very close by. This is exactly what we imagine a four-star hotel and its services to be. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, both at the reception and during breakfast. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. There’s also parking available in their garage, but be aware that spaces are limited and cannot be reserved—first come, first served. We had a room with a balcony, and the room was truly beautiful. The photos matched reality. It was incredibly clean and perfectly maintained. The mattresses were comfortable, and we slept well on them. The blackout curtains were fine, and the soundproofing was excellent. Nothing disturbed us in the morning or at night, neither from outside nor from the hallway. The toilet is separate from the bathroom, and the bathroom itself was huge—larger than the kitchen in our apartment! :-) It featured a spacious walk-in shower. The balcony faced the courtyard, so there wasn’t any view, and unfortunately, the air conditioning units from the rooms vented there, making it uncomfortably hot. But it was better than nothing. Perfectly sufficient for smokers. The balcony had a table and chairs available. The hotel allows pets, so we could bring our dog everywhere without any issues. There was a fridge in the room, though it was empty. Still, it was great to have it to store and chill our drinks.

The breakfast area was a bit cramped. We might have appreciated a bit more variety in the breakfast options. We’re usually used to a slightly larger selection in Austrian hotels. But it wasn’t a big deal—these are just small details. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was not available during our stay for dinner.

I booked a room based on the pictures provided on Booking, but upon arrival, I noticed a significant discrepancy. The actual room differed from what was portrayed in the images. While the room was clean, the furniture appeared much older than anticipated, surpassing even my own age. This mismatch between expectation and reality was somewhat disappointing and affected the overall experience of my stay.

Room was large with a comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of closet space. The bathroom was great - a good size and plenty of hot water. Being able to park our car onsite at no extra charge was a real bonus. A wide selection of food for breakfast was most welcome. Location in the centre of Villach allowed us to walk to sights and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.

One of the two breakfast rooms became quite busy and seating was a little tight. You were either shoulder to shoulder with the adjoining table or back to back with the one behind.
