A Wonderful Stay at voco Villach We had an amazing stay at voco Villach! The breakfast was absolutely delicious and came with a stunning view. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We especially appreciated the warm and welcoming attitude towards our dog — it made us feel right at home. The location is perfect, right by the river and in the heart of Villach, with lovely walking paths nearby. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Clean, beautiful, nice, comfortable, great location. Quality matches the price. I didn't get breakfast since I don't like getting up early.

Very few TV channels all local. I mean of course but would appreciate at least YouTube on TV.

The room was a standard hotel room, with very posh feeling lobbies and restaurants attached. The staff were very helpful to let me leave my items and shower after some trail running downstairs in the spa before I traveled. They were so kind.

I had such a quirky request, to use the sauna in the middle of summer, but it was hard for them to help me out. They finally managed in the end, but the process was a bit odd. It was a strange request from me, so a strange response felt fine.

Really nice hotel. So comfortable pillowa and plankets 🤍. Bar area was cosy in the evening amd breakfast was with wide choise. There was one lady in reception- it think her name was Petra- who was so nice and frienly and compassionate, since i hurt my knee, had to go to ambulance and had to leave my boys to hotel. When I game back I was offered so good care by her 🤍

Bathroom walls are almost transparent. When travelling with teenager childeren, this is not the best solution.

Excellent position and very good breakfast. The personell has been kind and efficient. The room was clean and they provided a good cot for our baby.

We choose the hotel for the restaurant service since we have a little baby and having dinner in the hotel would have been more practical for us. Unfortunately the night we stayed it was closed, and we've been informed about it at our arrival. This has been really an annoying inconvenience, and the hotel have informed us in advance. Another point to work on: the heat in the room was really too much. We turned it off immediately but it was really terribly hot, we even had difficult in sleeping.

The location near the Villach Hauptbahnhof and the old town just across the bridge was excellent. The gym was better than that of many other hotels and the sauna was an experience.

We found out about the Erlebnis Card from the Tourist Information Centre after checking into the hotel. Among the perks for the duration of our stay in Villach, it covers our public transport fares. The staff who checked us in did not mention and also did not take immediate action when we enquired later with her. The second morning another staff issued us the card in less than 15 minutes.

Nice big rooms, generous breakfast, and location is perfect if you are there for a conference or a concert. I usually reach hotels very late in the evening, so having 24h reception was also important for me. Nice bar for late night drinks.

A Great stopover Hotel. We arrive late and were met by a helpful receptionist. Parking was easy and connected to the hotel for ease. Our rooms were great and adjoining. Perfect for families. Breakfast room and food was delicious with a nice view. A very well kept Hotel would definitely stay again.

This hotel’s main feature is its location, as it’s only a 5 min walk from the train station and a 2 min walk from the city center. Price is decent, and makes it good value for money

Soundproofing is not perfect. I could hear next door neighbours talking. I was also placed in front of the lift, so could hear guests coming in and coming out. Also, a double bed is really two singles put together- which is not ideal as I could not sleep in the middle of the bed- too uncomfortable

excellent hotel! we loved everything about it! We will return!

our last night there, we lost electricity in our room. the young lady worked diligently to fix it, but could not. Not a problem, it happens. However- the next day at check out, I was expecting some sort of compensation. a discount, bonus points, something! Nothing! still paid full price.
