Very good boutique hotel / guesthouse, quite new, clean and comfortable Amazing breakfast - probably the best one in our Austrian experiences. Nice swiming pool. Location - just on the way, nothing special, in fact just as we expect - silent and quite comfortable place not far away from the city.

Nothing at all. If You arrive late there is no option nearby the location for dinner (they are not open after 8-9pm) - the easiest idea is 5-km drive to the nearest town, where You can find lot of restaurants and bars.

We’ve been staying at lots of accommodations on our frequent journeys through Germany and Austria, but this place STANDS OUT ! It is not just the standing location and the villa itself,it’s the family who runs the place. From the reception to the dinner in their restaurant the owner made us feel so welcome. We had dinner relevant to a 5 star restaurant meal, freshly cooked and one of the best breakfast for a small place like this. Good luck to the people owning this place! They xeginetely know how to manage and earntouristwith their warm hospitality.

Bit far from main area. Great for peace and quiet but easy for us to get around as we had a car. Maybe more difficult without a vehicle

The hotel is located in a quiet village part, near the church. It also has a small restaurant. The garden is very nice, for dinner and breakfast. The also had a nice garage for our e-bikes, and possibility to charge them in the garage.

You have to preorder your dinner in the morninig hours.

breakfast was the highlight and exceptional, host, professional and available, perfect cleanliness, spacious room with a balcony and a lovely mountain view, charming little village in the outskirts of Velden

Breakfast was amazing with an huge variety. Staff was out-friendly and very supportive. Room was clean and most of the time very quiet. Gym equipment is a little bit aged but works.

Location is near the highway but to reach you need a car or maybe bicycle?

First class all round. Super breakfast and super dinner. Personalised service. Strongly recommended.

The villa is fantastic. The hosts are wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. We cycled around the Wörthersee, and this was a great place to relax.
