Easy access amazing Room very very clean. Everything was their hair dryer towels shampoo everything and the overall thing was you put a cold in the door. You put a cold in the room easy access perfect everything was perfect. I could not expect anything more than what was there and then on top of everything you just had this amazing view of the farmland it was perfect.

I didn’t like the fact that you had to order breakfast the night before and pay for it because we arrived at the late night and there was no way for us to order or was there any way for us to know that we had to order breakfast the day before so that is the only thing that I would suggest to change

Great localisation. Great employees. Everything clear, great cook. Perfect atmosphere, animals close to hotel, very good rooms.

Minus - missing air conditioning. Restaurant - if You order dishes for all family all of them should be given the same time, in our case it wasn't ike this. But quality of eating - very, very good. In description was writter there is somewhere "wasserkocher" - no one could find it, no one new about it even by the staff.

Comfy beds, nice interior, friendly and helpful staff, and the views were stunning. Peaceful, relaxing. Would love to come back and stay longer.

Early checkout at 10am. Normally not an issue but we arrived from the road trip after midnight and it was tight in the morning. However, the staff went out of their way and served us a good breakfast even though we were late - that was a real treat and made our outward journey much easier.

I tried to check in 2 hours earlier that was denied because they were so busy ,I know it can be make possible if the good will is there not all rooms are right at 4.00 Pm ready

Lovely quiet location, room was clean and provided glasses rather than plastic cups which was a bonus! Very modern and well co-odinated. Staff were really helpful and pleasant. There was a beautiful lounge area for guests to relax in withhold provision for children.

It would be a benefit if rooms had tea/coffee making facilities as we were tired after a long drive and the only provision was a coffee machine in the lounge to be paid for.

We really enjoyed our one night stay, everything very new and clean. We also had dinner at the restaurant and were really impressed, authentic Serbian food cooked with care and love. Would come back again!

The only thing we did not find to the level of the hotel and were a bit disappointed was the breakfast as it had a lot of prepackaged food apart from the fruit which was really fresh. I would definitely recommend reconsidering the food choice.

This hotel is really nice!! Extremely happy we booked this place. We were nervous at first with the no reception, online check in process, but it worked brilliantly. You're emailed a key code to enter the hotel and your room so keep an eye on your phone. This hotel is completely refurbished and brand new in an incredible setting, it was so clean and the beds were incredible. Even though we booked the basic double, the room was still a nice size. Gorgeous view to the mountains too if hidden a little behind the bug screens. Bathroom was completely new, spotlessly clean with ample toiletries. Would absolutely book again!

The staff in the restaurant were incredibly rude. We just walked out in the end. Massively overpriced.

Cleanliness of the room and of the facilities, restaurant menu selection and friendliness of the waiters and of the personnel.

Breakfast was rather basic. It seems that the hotel switched from a fixed-price buffet brakfast to a fixed-price-and-menu pre-selected breakfast, limiting the food provided to the bare minimum. This new approach gives a sensation of poorness that removes part of the joy of the morning breakfast.

Perfect hotel for one night stay, while travelling. Brand new, very clean, smartly designed and equipped, spacious shower, convenient parking, tasty breakfast, no reception in the evening but smart, electronic lock solution (access code received by email) enables any time check-in (officially until midnight, but probably even later) especially convenient in long journey traveling, quiet location in a village.

Just steel mugs for tea and coffee during the breakfast, corresponding to the village, countryside location and hotel branding, but not as convenient as regular ones : )

So hassle free even there were no staff in building, there were also food, tea and coffee in machine whenever you need. All amenities were available, very nice place, so worth to visit.

There were no closet enough for dress and no elevator for those people who have lots of bag or can not climb the stairs otherwise everything was so good.
