Amazing location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Direct access to the lake. The swimming pool was stunning and is definitely a great activity.

Use of sauna was not included in the price. Could be noisy on the weekends as crowds party till late so sleeping with open windows may keep you awake. Also the cathedral on the other side of the lake starts ringing bells at 6 am and continues every 15 minutes until late. But both are not the hotel’s fault

We love the experience and the place. Staff was great at the reception . We love the deal to get a great role. With a lake view - as we are expecting it. Would like to have more deal as this one

We did feel a lack of staff during meals times, one diver in the room was dirty and the sofa bed had a strong smell so we didn't use it.

What can I say the hotel was amazing. The location is perfect and we had a great view of the lake from our room. Staff were really friendly and we were given some free vouchers for the kids to have ice cream and a few other activities around the lake. Rooms were well equipped and had everything we needed. Indoor pool was also a bonus as the weather wasn’t always kind during our stay and it was great way for the kids to let off some steam!

If I am picky I think the gym area is too small for the size of the hotel.

The hotel has the best location being right at the lake and within walking distance to a range of restaurants and activities.The staff is wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. We had a room with lake view, which was obstructed a bit by the trees! But the room was large and comfortable. Bathroom was nice too. Breakfast was great with so many choices.

The air conditioning unit is behind heavy curtains, so when you close the drapes there’s hardy any air coming through. Who designed this? There’s no waste basket in the room. A few extra packets of coffee and creamer would be welcome, only 2 are offered.

Very nice location and views to the lake BLED. Nicely renovated and very clean. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet in half board. Nice room especially after upgraded to premium suite.

Very noisy due to nearby bar especially between midnight and 1.30 am. Younger people are partying at this part of the year. There was two football teams on their training camp and one of them partied as well heavily on the first night in the same foor than us. We got upgraded from normal suite to premium suite up to 5th floor and that was really nice outcome. What hotel can not impact is the strict rule that you can swim only in dedicated areas in lake Bled so I would have hoped for a morning swim in the lake, but it is not easily possible early in a short walking distance though we were on the shore of the lake.

Super location, right at the Lake Bled, among the restaurants, small stores and walking path. The breakfast is very rich, endless buffet style with so many options to eat...very attentive staff in the whole hotel. The room we had was nice, smaller than expected, but enough for 2 of us. Great bedding, cleaned well every day. The room has a coffee/tea maker inside, as well as a safe and stacked mini fridge. There is a small seating area on the balcony, half of the hotel faces the Lake directly, our view was on the city. Parking was free as we stayed for more than 5 days. The hotel offers free alpine water fountain in the lobby where you can fill your bottle before your hikes... :) It is really tasty!

The only thing I did not like was that you have to schedule your time in the saunas and to pay extra $14.00/person for 3 h stay (minimum). The pool use is included in the hotel stay but for saunas you have to schedule. I went to the desk in the wellness center twice and there was nobody to schedule with.... anyway, we always stayed longer on hikes, so it would be hard to attend the time scheduled.

We loved the view from our 4th floor Lake View Room and would highly recommend paying the extra to stay in one of these rooms. The room was large and well equipped. We loved that there was a swimming pool at the hotel - we needed it as it was extremely hot weather when we stayed.

We didn't find the person who handled our check in to be very helpful. We didn't like that there was never anyone serving at the bar when we went there and that access to the self serve bar was not available when the restaurant was closed. We loved the pool but felt the outside relaxation area was very small and therefore busy.

As you would expect from a 4* hotel the rooms and beds were incredibly comfortable with the air con working very well. The breakfasts were excellent and the pool was a nice place to relax with beautiful views and a little rooftop sun terrace. Lake Bled was a beautiful place generally and the view from the room over the lake captured this very well.

The grumpy lifeguard at the pool! His attitude isn’t what one would expect when all the other staff were so dignified, gracious and helpful. We get that there are strict rules in place but his tone with the children (ours and others who were not overtly breaking any of these many rules) was brusque to say the least. A solution to this may be to have a more relaxed family time session in school holiday times as well as adult only swimming times so everyone can be kept happy when paying a lot of money for the hotel!

Hotel Park has premium location with indescribable vistas of the lake and castle overlooking it. It’s located in the center of the city, with walking distance to all attractions around the lake. Hotel staff is dedicated to provide their guests with the best experience possible. They surprised us with bottle of champagne to commemorate our wedding anniversary. We were impressed with Maja Š who’s their concierge and Maria from the reception. Both of these ladies poured their heart into providing excellent service to their guests.

Hotel has undergone serious renovation for quite a while. Needs some upgrades

Everything about this hotel was brilliant. We came in on a less busy day and the receptionist immediately offered us a room upgrade so we ended up in a spaceous suite with an amazing view. The beds are comfortable, the building is very clean and modern, the food is also delicious and varied! The location of the hotel is perfect, and they offer free parking. I'd like to praise the staff for being unbeliveably kind and helpful! We had a flat tire on the 1st of May when everything was closed, and the receptionist found us a mechanic and sorted the emergency out in a matter of minutes! 10/10, don't miss out on this hotel!
