Everything is not clean and tidy. The breakfast is phenomenal, with a huge selection of dishes. the hotel is huge, and there is something for everyone. Some rooms have a view of the lake.

Glavni razlog izbora bas ovog hotela bio je spa centar. Kada smo dosli, saopsteno namje da spa centar ne radi. Iako je spa centar bio ukljucen j cenu, nisu nam umanjili cenu. Neprijatno smo iznenadjeni sto bez obzira na taj propust, uredno nam je naplacen parking ispred hotela, koji je bio poluprazan. Zalili smo se na recepciji i trazili da nam ne naplate parking jer nismo mogli da koristimo spa centar koji nije radio, ali su rekli da nisu u mogucnosti i da moraju da nam svakako naplate parking. Za hotel ovakvog ranga totalno razocarenje.

Wellness is exceptional, food is ok, staff is superb. Rooms are modern and clean, sized perfectly. There is parking at the hotel which is great as parking is quite a problem in Bled. The view from our room was just spectacular.

It seems unethical to charge customers (extra) for tap water with dinner. Turns out, when you order a bottle of water you get a glass bottle filled with tap water that you can drink for free in your room for example, and you get charges 2,80 EUR for it. This is in my opinion just wrong, and honestly unethical.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, nice environement with pleasant arome, it feels like in the forest. A lot of natural materials used, large windows with outstanding view on the lake and castle. Rich and tasty breakfast, nice personal, variaty of dishes ( coffe is not strong to my taste). Swimmingpool area is insite the hotel and this is a very big advantage when you travel with kids, we spend there few hours alevery day! Water is warm, great experience with outside swimming pool with warm water and spectacular view!

Wellness.. that was disappointment… not sure if welness Ziva is under responsibility of hotel managment, anyway worth to mention here as well: personal and massage was bad experience unfortunatelly… when I was booking treatment, the lady didnt even described what kind of treatment is it, like she was very unhappy I bothered them… massage itself was torment, for me and for the lady as well… so sorry as I expected the same level as hotel declares themself to be superior…

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with directions, reservations and recommendations. Location is perfect, although there are a lot of steps down to the lake (and back up) which may not be suitable for everyone. The pool area was great, something for everyone with mainly indoor but also a small outdoor pool overlooking the lake. Breakfast was great with lots of choice - something for everyone (even our picky 3 year old)

The hotel says it has air-con but I don’t think this is the case (if it does then it must have been broken or switched off when we stayed). We were able to keep the balcony door open overnight but rooms will likely get quite warm in the summer months. The sauna is not included with your stay which is disappointing. If you want to use the sauna it’s around an additional €20 for 4 hours

- It is only a 3-4 minute walk to lake bled - Room was comfortable and very clean - Staff very friendly - Hotel has a wellness centre which include a huge pool with flume and jacuzzis. It also has a sauna which you need to pay for - Breakfast was decent and had lots of choice

One of the days we opted for the restaurant dinner which was again a buffet style like the breakfast. The options were limited. We found out when we had to pay the final bill that this costed €35 each which is absolutely crazy! We thought it would be half this price, especially as the food was very average. I would recommend walking into town to get dinner elsewhere The room was very warm. Although the aircon was on and on the coldest setting it was still boiling. We ended up sleeping with the door cracked to let in the breeze.

Room with exceptional views, clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Very good breakfast with a good choice of items. Breakfast started punctually and early which was very good for us. Very good welcoming staff and service staff throughout Excellent location. Would be happy to stay there again.

We happened to be at the hotel when temperatures were unusually high. Airconditioning was poor/difficult to sort out in the middle of the night....so we opened the balcony for fresh air but then you could then hear the noise from the occasional rowdy group of people in the street below...

The view from the higher floors is fantastic, to be commended. The breakfast is okay, the employees are not all interested to be fully at the service of the guests (excelent mark for the reception-desk and the waiters in the bar), the rest employees are very average. The elevator communication is the biggest problem, one elevator is constantly out of order and the second one has a problem with the floor buttons, very questionable security which spoils the overall impression of the hotel! With a little effort, the impression could be much better!

I had the pleasure of staying in a beautiful suite with a breathtaking view of Lake Bled. The suite was overall amazing — spacious, elegant, and with one of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen. I only wish the bedroom had been slightly larger for even more comfort. A special thank you to Biliana at the reception — she was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, always ready to assist and provide great recommendations. The breakfast was also lovely, with a nice variety and fresh options. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Everything, from reception when we came ( Biljana was great👍🏻) to cleaning ladies. We got free parking because we stay for 5 nights,that was great touch. Breakfast was excellent with variety of fruit, vegetables and eggs prepared in so many ways , waffles and honeycomb we like it😄

Like everybody who make a comment before me- A/C…for our taste it’s file like no working at all, but luckily you can open the balcony door for good night sleep and during the day your not in the room soo….

Great and cozy hotel with a lot of wooden mountain-vibes details. We loved our room. It was very spacious, with extremely comfortable bed and we loved the coffee and tea availability in our room. Breakfast includes a lot of different options and the dining area has a great view towards the lake. Parking is quite large and it's easy to find a spot. Wellness area was also great, and we spent several hours there. You get towels and bathrobes in your room, which was great.

Both dinner and wellness areas close at 9pm during lower season, which was a bit early for us, but nevertheless our stay was great.
