Property was clean and offered clean towels/toilet rolls on request which some apartments do not provide. There was complimentary tea/coffee sugar at reception and the staff on reception were very helpful, they provided maps and useful tourist info on check in and escorted us to our apartment

The property was great and provided almost everything including sofa in addition to the bed, and stove, microwave and pots/pans and cutlery, the only thing that could improve my stay would be additional pillows and a toaster

Location is great close to local shops and restaurants. Spacious apartment - we were two adults and a dog. All you need in the kitchen to make simple meals.

We couldn't get from the train station as the bus never arrived and no taxis were available. We waited for over an hour to be able to get a taxi. I rang the property multiple times for any advice on transport multiple times but had no answer or call back. We arrived at 4 and the check-in is at 3 so I would assume that they would be ready for calls at that time when new people are checking in in case of any problems. Also the plug in our bathroom sink got stuck in so we couldn't use the bathroom sink. We told the reception and they said they were going to fix it but didn't for a couple of days. When we mentioned it again a different person said they were never told and fixed it right away. There was also a smell from the bathroom drains potentially caused by storm.

Good price and quality ratio. Very friendly staff. Location is good for the Bled, right on the arrival point for the area, which meant that you don't need to drive on the endless car queu. Good parking spots. Very decent beds.

Apartment was very clean, only two small minuses: 1) dishes are cleaned by clients which meant that there were poorly cleaned ones quite a lot. 2) the fan provided needed cleaning, it was very dirty, fanning dust was not so pleasant.

The entry was really easy as because no one was at the Reception, the Apartmen was already open and the keys were on the door inside. I've got all the info via e-mail. I also did the check-in online so the only thing I had to do in the next morning is paying the Tourist tax. (I could've done this on my last day, but this way I didn't have to think about it anymore.) The woman at the reception was lovely. She asked me if she could help, I told her I think I found what I need, then I took a smaller card with a map on it and some info. She told me wait a minute, brought me a much bigger map and in maybe 5 to 10 minutes she has told me everything what's worth visiting, even to the smallest things like a specific food in a specific hotel I have to try. The Apartmen is really close to the lake, 10 minutes with a very comfy walking speed, and near - if not - in the centre of the city Bled. This is why the traffic is quite busy in some hours so I would suggest going out either by foot or by local transport. But in the evening it's quiet outside so light-sleepers won't be disturbed either. Except if you wish to sleep at 4pm, I guess. The bed was very soft. I don't like sinking into the bed like I was the Titanic, I like the firmer mattresses/beds more, but it's subjective, hence why I won't give a negative for this. The price I would say, absolut not expensive, considering what I've got back. I've been to much more expensive places that gave me the same comfort, so it's really worth it. The extra thing what I really loved about this place: In front of the stairs on the wall there was a shelf where some stuff like oil, salt, sugar, cappucino, pfeffer and different kind of tee filters were put on there and could be used by anyone. I was incredibly happy for this as I arrived on a sunday, no shops were open and I forgot to bring some with me.

I really don't have anything to say what I didn't like. I'm only writing these sentences to fill up that little bar under this text box so that it looks very nice, especially when I'm sending in this report to wherever it goes. :-) Now it's green and filled up, so I can move on.

The reception was not manned at time of arrival. And v were a little lost. Then v found a phone no and managed to call. Then the host, checked our reservation and assigned a room and guided to the room and keys as promptly as possible, over the mobile phone (text). PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, OURS WAS A LAST MINUTE BOOKING AND IT WAS A SUNDAY EVENING. Well worth the money spent. It was very clean, comfortable and a bit of space to walk around.

It was a basement apartment. It was about 80% below ground. But v could still see daylight through the window. which was good.

It was a good, comfortable open plan space. Had all of the kitchen amenities we needed for the time we were there, which was perfect. Bathroom was a good size, as well, and everything was clean and neat. Our room was in the basement, which was a great bonus as it kept cooler than it otherwise would have been. Good amount of natural light given the level, too.

No airconditioning, but it was not unbearable at all, mostly because our room was a little below ground level.

The location was great! The apartment was very nice, and the people at the reception desk were very kind and also helpful! The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a two night stay!

The room was uncomfortably warm, even though we opened the windows overnight and closed the windows AND the curtains during the day. There was a small fan provided, but was extremely inefficient against the late-summer heat! Please provide a small air conditioner for the rooms!

It is spacious and comfortable. Very good location. Lake is near. Just across the street are two big supermarkets. Restaurants are nearby. People at the reception are very young and happy to help. We enjoyed our stay.

Nothing special! It was little bit hot and humid in the apartment, especially during the night, but it could be the period of our stay. Probably air-condition will solve that problem, but we understand that Alps are not in need for air-condition systems!

Good value for the money. Located several minutes walk away from the main city area and the lake. Also, property has parking available and doesn't charge extra for it.

Property located near the main busy street, so if you open a window there's loud traffic noise. If you do not open the window, it gets hot inside, as there's no AC or ventilation

The accommodation was very well situated, a short walk from lake Bled, with a supermarket just across the road and Bled Union bus station a few minutes down the road. It was the primary reason for choosing the accomodation and on this front it didn't dissapoint. The hosts were also helpful and polite when we had to contact them, which was great as we had to contact them more than we had originally anticipated. The apartment was clean and had everything needed to sort out breakfast and packed lunches (which we did) as well as dinner if you wanted to eat in (which we did not). Being able to utilise the supermarket to make breakfast and lunch certainly helped keep the costs down too which was a bonus.

Some aspects are a little dated and the bathroom especially could do with some TLC, but everything was functional which was all we were really after. This was about what we expected and it has to be put into perspective: staying so close to lake Bled can get very expensive and it is certainly very easy to pay a lot more and get a lot less. Other reviews mentioned noise from outside and perhaps at a busier time of year or if you are a very light sleeper this may not be ideal for you as you can hear some noise from outside - not that this bothered us. The curtains are also not blackout curtains so if you're particularly sensitive to light waking you up in the morning this may not be ideal for you either.
