Everything is not clean and tidy. The breakfast is phenomenal, with a huge selection of dishes. the hotel is huge, and there is something for everyone. Some rooms have a view of the lake.

Glavni razlog izbora bas ovog hotela bio je spa centar. Kada smo dosli, saopsteno namje da spa centar ne radi. Iako je spa centar bio ukljucen j cenu, nisu nam umanjili cenu. Neprijatno smo iznenadjeni sto bez obzira na taj propust, uredno nam je naplacen parking ispred hotela, koji je bio poluprazan. Zalili smo se na recepciji i trazili da nam ne naplate parking jer nismo mogli da koristimo spa centar koji nije radio, ali su rekli da nisu u mogucnosti i da moraju da nam svakako naplate parking. Za hotel ovakvog ranga totalno razocarenje.

Wellness is exceptional, food is ok, staff is superb. Rooms are modern and clean, sized perfectly. There is parking at the hotel which is great as parking is quite a problem in Bled. The view from our room was just spectacular.

It seems unethical to charge customers (extra) for tap water with dinner. Turns out, when you order a bottle of water you get a glass bottle filled with tap water that you can drink for free in your room for example, and you get charges 2,80 EUR for it. This is in my opinion just wrong, and honestly unethical.

Rooms are clean and comfortable, nice environement with pleasant arome, it feels like in the forest. A lot of natural materials used, large windows with outstanding view on the lake and castle. Rich and tasty breakfast, nice personal, variaty of dishes ( coffe is not strong to my taste). Swimmingpool area is insite the hotel and this is a very big advantage when you travel with kids, we spend there few hours alevery day! Water is warm, great experience with outside swimming pool with warm water and spectacular view!

Wellness.. that was disappointment… not sure if welness Ziva is under responsibility of hotel managment, anyway worth to mention here as well: personal and massage was bad experience unfortunatelly… when I was booking treatment, the lady didnt even described what kind of treatment is it, like she was very unhappy I bothered them… massage itself was torment, for me and for the lady as well… so sorry as I expected the same level as hotel declares themself to be superior…

The view from the higher floors is fantastic, to be commended. The breakfast is okay, the employees are not all interested to be fully at the service of the guests (excelent mark for the reception-desk and the waiters in the bar), the rest employees are very average. The elevator communication is the biggest problem, one elevator is constantly out of order and the second one has a problem with the floor buttons, very questionable security which spoils the overall impression of the hotel! With a little effort, the impression could be much better!

Great and cozy hotel with a lot of wooden mountain-vibes details. We loved our room. It was very spacious, with extremely comfortable bed and we loved the coffee and tea availability in our room. Breakfast includes a lot of different options and the dining area has a great view towards the lake. Parking is quite large and it's easy to find a spot. Wellness area was also great, and we spent several hours there. You get towels and bathrobes in your room, which was great.

Both dinner and wellness areas close at 9pm during lower season, which was a bit early for us, but nevertheless our stay was great.

The interior of the hotel is very nice. It feels very calming. The staff are all lovely and the facilities were good. They made a big effort to make Easter Sunday feel special.

I felt that the bar in the lobby was particularly bad value. The barman insisted on charging me €2.80 for a bottle of tap water, which was ridiculous. Also tonic is charged separately to gin, over €12 for a gin and tonic. No need to rip people off for the sake of it. I was also disappointed with the pool upstairs. It should have amazing views of the lake but the glass barrier is dirty with limescale. It spoiled the view and made the pool feel grubby.

Pretty much everything about the hotel and our stay was excellent! The room size was great, it's modern, the view from our balcony was directly over the beautiful Lake Bled, and also right opposite the Castle (lovely views in the evening), so it was perfect. A special thanks to the receptionist who always managed to tend to our needs - Biljana. She is a very kind, courteous, professional and hard-working young woman. She helped us out when I fell sick during our stay, for which I was very grateful. Thank you Biljana!

Only two very small things I could think of: 1. the toilet is too high off the ground for shorter people like myself and my wife. 2. we had a choice of bedsheets or a thick blanket for covers. This was in May. A very thin blanket would have been best. Obviously this was overcome by setting the AC to a lower temperature, but thinner blankets would have been less wasteful. To be fair, we did not ask the reception whether they had thin blankets,

Location was great, beautiful lake views and a short walk down to the lake. Swimming pools were excellent and kept the family entertained for hours! Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice available WiFi was good throughout. We had a suite which was great for what we needed with plenty of room. We found a little play area on one of the floors that entertained my toddler on a rainy afternoon.

Cleaning during the stay seemed quite light touch, eg they didn’t make the bed. Summer prices so it was quite expensive.

The location is great, very nice views especially from the pools and breakfast room. The buffet breakfast was great and the room was very spacious. Parking was easy and the hotel had a very nice feel and appearance.

We did find the room was too hot and no instructions for turning the heat down. It would also be good if there was another bin rather than just in the bathroom. I also think hotel guests shouldn’t have to pay the expensive charge to use the Saunas, the reception staff at the wellness centre could also be nicer and more informative, rather than keep having to go out to ask questions. Possibly just a mistake but a staff member also entered our room late in the afternoon after our rooms had been made up and when asking we still don’t know why they entered, slightly concerning.

I do travel twice a week for the last 16 years all around the world and by far this is the best hotel I ever stayed in. This could not be possible without their great and professional manager "Tomaz Jastrobnik". I had a problem and when reported Tomaz did everything possible to solve it and even more it was solved in a quick way and made sure I have a comfortable stay. I will definitely revisit and recommend for all. I also visited the Spa and it is very clean and worth the extra money. Thank you Tomaz and Biljana for all your professional work.
