Amazing location, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast. Direct access to the lake. The swimming pool was stunning and is definitely a great activity.

Use of sauna was not included in the price. Could be noisy on the weekends as crowds party till late so sleeping with open windows may keep you awake. Also the cathedral on the other side of the lake starts ringing bells at 6 am and continues every 15 minutes until late. But both are not the hotel’s fault

We love the experience and the place. Staff was great at the reception . We love the deal to get a great role. With a lake view - as we are expecting it. Would like to have more deal as this one

We did feel a lack of staff during meals times, one diver in the room was dirty and the sofa bed had a strong smell so we didn't use it.

Super location, right at the Lake Bled, among the restaurants, small stores and walking path. The breakfast is very rich, endless buffet style with so many options to eat...very attentive staff in the whole hotel. The room we had was nice, smaller than expected, but enough for 2 of us. Great bedding, cleaned well every day. The room has a coffee/tea maker inside, as well as a safe and stacked mini fridge. There is a small seating area on the balcony, half of the hotel faces the Lake directly, our view was on the city. Parking was free as we stayed for more than 5 days. The hotel offers free alpine water fountain in the lobby where you can fill your bottle before your hikes... :) It is really tasty!

The only thing I did not like was that you have to schedule your time in the saunas and to pay extra $14.00/person for 3 h stay (minimum). The pool use is included in the hotel stay but for saunas you have to schedule. I went to the desk in the wellness center twice and there was nobody to schedule with.... anyway, we always stayed longer on hikes, so it would be hard to attend the time scheduled.

Everything about this hotel was brilliant. We came in on a less busy day and the receptionist immediately offered us a room upgrade so we ended up in a spaceous suite with an amazing view. The beds are comfortable, the building is very clean and modern, the food is also delicious and varied! The location of the hotel is perfect, and they offer free parking. I'd like to praise the staff for being unbeliveably kind and helpful! We had a flat tire on the 1st of May when everything was closed, and the receptionist found us a mechanic and sorted the emergency out in a matter of minutes! 10/10, don't miss out on this hotel!

Phenomenal location with great amenities. Bled as a destination is pretty much dead outside of season, but the hotel spa and pool make up for it. The services offered by the hotel and the staff are top-notch! Everything was pretty much great. But, I do have two drawbacks. One is of personal nature — I really disliked the beds. But that's just me; my girlfriend on the other hand loved them. Another, less subjective this time: the walls have poor sound isolation. P. S.: Room with a lake view is the piece de resistance. Worth the extra money. P. P. S.: Ask for parking. I have no idea how it's like here during the high season, but I reckon parking might be a tad problematic.

Facilities were good, including parking. Fantastic location and views. Dinner was good and the option to swap our evening meal for vouchers to use at the sister hotel’s Michelin recommended restaurant (Juliana at Grand Hotel Toplice) was fantastic. Spa facilities were great! All of the staff we encountered were polite and welcoming.

No bin in room. We had to use the laundry bag. We had to ask for our room to be cleaned on day 2, despite leaving the sign on the door. When we returned, the room had been cleaned but it wasn’t up to the standards we’d expect. There was still hair on the bathroom floor, for example! When we left we think we left something in the room but despite contactjng the hotel via Booking.com a few days ago, we have still not received a reply, which is disappointing! We would appreciate a response!

Could do with an information pack in the room with details about the hotel and things in local area.

The stuff in the reception was friendly and willing to provide information about the best places to go in lake Bled. The breakfast had a big variety with local and only delicacies. The water fountain with drinkable it was a nice touch. The wine fountain is also nice with a good variation, however we did not try it. The room had a view to the lake- the castle and the island. The dinner provided in the price was buffe, good quality and good variety.

The room was not that clean. Our room had crumbs here and there. The room had two bathrooms and the flush in on of the toilets was not working good. Voices could be heard in both bathrooms, quite clearly actually. The stuff in the restaurant was not friendly. The drinks (soft drinks or mineral water) was not included in the package of half board, something that we were not aware of. When booking the hotel we saw some pictures about the facilities and services provided but it ended up that some of the facilities and services was the other hotel which belongs to the same chain. It can be difficult to find parking if it is high peak.

Hotel is easy to find and it has a perfect location. Its located directly near lake. They have a coffee house on the lake. Check in went very smooth. Hotel looks very nice. Our room was comfy and clean. Bathroom is very nice. They have a wellness facilities on the 5th floor. Its nice, not too big but enough to enjoy a little bit. Breakfast was very nice with restaurant looking to the lake and castle. Very nice stay. We are going to visit it again.

I have nothing against families with kids but...it is a very disturbing to go to wellness and then all the time you are disturbed by kids screaming and jumping into the pool and their parents doing nothing about it. As they think that they are entitled to make nose and enjoy the time disturbing others i think that i am also entitled to enjoy a little bit of silence. It's wellness area not Aquapark. Maybe it would be good to consider some policy that the kids can visit the pool area until 17h or 18h and after this time only adults to be granted entry.

It’s now a second time that I’m visiting Hotel Park with my kid. I couldn’t picture more relaxing and peaceful stay. As usual, location is perfect (just next to lake), and everything is close to hotel. The pool was perfect, warm water, ambient quiet with background music… nothing but relaxation on a rainy day. I would definitely recommend to everyone to stay in Hotel Park at least for few days. Breakfast and dinner were perfect with variety of foods to choose from, staff is friendly and communicative.

I don’t know that I can point out anything specific that I didn’t liked when staying, everything was great (I’m not that picky person). One thing I would note, for dinner you have to order and pay your drinks additional. It’s not a big deal but in my view, if I already paid everything else and all surroundings are great (Hotel, staff, etc) I my opinion it would make me feel like I didn’t miss anything in paying and preparing for trip if this was included in the price. Again, it’s not an issue, just something that probably can be wrapped up through some business plan or package offer :))
