My partner and I had never been to Slovenia before but knew we wanted to explore Lake Bled - the hotel was clean and facilities brilliant. Use of swimming pool for free and sun loungers in the garden. The view from our room was amazing; very peaceful and sitting on the balcony watching hot air balloons go off in the mornings with a backdrop of the mountains was serene. Breakfast was great - all very fresh and a good selection. The walk from the hotel to the lake was about 15-20 minutes and easy to navigate, also very close to Vintgar Gorge which we visited one morning. Our host was exceptional, nothing too much trouble and he was very informative. Would love to come back!

The balcony of our room directly faced the nearby mountains, so it was a pretty amazing view. The table for breakfast was always made, waiting for our arrival. Good amount of options and good quality choices were available for breakfast. The room was neat and clean. The best part was, during our stay we just took a 15 minute walk to the Bled lake and didn't have to bother with finding parking spots for just adventuring or catching a team activity ( such as zipline ). The room was very tidy and clean when we arrived. The host explained a lot of local things, like how parking works in Bled, where to park at various tour sites etc.

The guesthouse is located in a very beautiful and scenic area. Our balcony overlooked the mountains, which was wonderful. The room was spacious, cozy, and equipped with air conditioning and a fridge. Breakfast was good and tasty, and there is also a swimming pool available

I was missing an extra power socket near the bed. I had to unplug the lamp to charge my phone. There was also no shower gel provided. But these are just minor things. Everything else was wonderful.

This was a truly exceptional stay. Nejc, the manager, was outstandingly welcoming. He gave me maps of the area and hand-drew different walking and cycle paths; helped me each morning to plan my routes; and let me use any of the spare bikes he had without charge. As a solo female traveller, I really appreciated this warmth and helpfulness. The buffet breakfast was lovely, and I could also order eggs a la carte. The room was spacious, airy and extremely peaceful. They even folded my towels into swans!

These are only minor notes, but I would appreciate a kettle and a cup in the bedrooms. The wifi was good enough to handle a Zoom call with multiple participants, but I did lag a few times.

The guest house is a family-run business. The owner of the guesthouse, Nejc, was very helpful, nothing was a problem. He recommended us some tips on interesting places in the surroundings. The guesthouse is located in a quiet part of the village, about a 15 minute walk from Lake Bled and close to the Vintgar Gorge. The room was clean, comfortable, quiet with a wonderful view of the countryside and mountains. The breakfast was very rich (even much better than we had in a 4-star hotel in Ljubljana). We definitely recommend this accommodation, great location, wonderful people. Thanks for everything.

Pension bled was in a great location if you like a peaceful rural sitting. Outside there were beautiful mountain views and green fiends but it was only a five minute cycle to Bled centre. Any questions were answered with great local knowledge . A great host!!!! Our best holiday, you must go.

Everything was great

We liked everything about this property. Super nice owner and his family. Very helpful in recommending sights to see and trips. Spacious room with plenty storage space. Nice balcony overlooking the quiet garden and pool. You can rent bikes at this property for very reasonable price. Whole property is super clean.

The room was exceptionally clean and tidy, making us feel comfortable and at home from the moment we arrived. It was also well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay. The breakfast included good coffee and a great selection of fresh fruit, baker's ware, and other delicious items. I appreciate the attention to detail and the effort put into maintaining such a high standard.

Nejc, his wife and the staff all went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Unfortunate weather made our lack of a car a little inconvenient but the walk to the town was clear from the description so in no way was that a surprise. Many places to visit a short bus ride away.

Everything was great in the pension. Host was very polite and helpful concerning information about Bled and things to do around the Bled. Breakfast was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Room was very warm and quiet, we even had to turn of radiators. There was a lot of storage for things to put inside. Wi-Fi was a little weaker in one part of the room, i guess because it is the furthest part of the room from router.
