I just loved everything about Gaja! It`s extremely clean,centrally located(few minutes from the lake),the beds are comfy and the staff just amazing.Katarina is by far the best host I`ve ever had.Breakfast for one person is enough for at least four people,and leaves no wishes open.What`s the best-Katarina brings it into your room.As someone who has travelled the world,staying in different hotels,I could say that this was one of my best stays ever. Katarina is the face of the hotel,that everyone will get to love.But she is more than that,she is the heart and soul of it as well.There is no question she has no answer to,and all your wishes will be fulfilled within a few minutes time.All in all,Aparthotel Gaja is the place that makes you want to come back again and again.My thankyou goes to everyone there,and my special thanks go to Katarina.I`ll be definitely coming back to Bled,and it will have to be Gaja!

There is nothing to dislike here! Everything you need is there,and if not-it will be there just when you need it.

Our stay at this apart-hotel near Lake Bled was exceptional! The hotel offered impeccable service from start to finish, with a seamless check-in and check-out process that made our stay stress-free. Every morning, a fabulous breakfast was delivered directly to the room—a treat that made each day feel special. The hotel’s location, right next to the lake, allowed us to enjoy morning strolls and easy access to Bled’s stunning views. The cleanliness of the hotel was remarkable, with fresh towels delivered daily, and the room was spotless. Parking was conveniently free, which is a huge plus, and the staff couldn’t have been friendlier. They were always ready with a smile and eager to help with any questions or recommendations. For anyone visiting Bled, this hotel is a gem that I highly recommend!

The apartment was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing. Enough for lunch too! Staff friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was really good to have as it was so hot when we were there. Really well equipped. Just a 3 minute walk to the lake and a supermarket. 5 minutes to bus stop. We would definitely stay again if we were to return to Bled. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The patio could do with a tidy up. The BBQ was full of ivy and didn't look useable. It didn't matter to us as we weren't going to use it. The patio furniture could do with updating. Both minor points that didn't detract from our stay

This was a splurge for us but after traveling together for four weeks, it was needed. We slept like logs in the two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds. The living space and bathroom were equally spacious and comfortable. The breakfast that was included and delivered to our room every day was surprising in its volume, but we took advantage of the extra to snack on during the day or requested they bring less. It was glorious to be able to wake up just in time to dine in our room. Another food perk was the arrangement Gaja has with nearby Central Restaurant, 3 courses for €20 for guests. Parking was included. The location was an easy walk to the lake. We enjoyed the balcony though our view was not of the mountains, saw them from my bedroom window. The staff was easily accessible and helpful. Tjaš greeted us upon arrival and shared information about the area, making suggestions when we found out Vintgar Gorge was closed. Katarina was another staff member we interacted with daily, answering questions and bringing piles of food. Gaja was a delightful splurge in a delightful place!

Good price, good location, always clean, kind and helpful staff, awesome breakfast, dog friendly place. Bed is huge and comfy, there is everything in the room, fridge, kettle, tosster, microwave, supermarket and restorants are really close (2-5 minutes).

Thin walls (we heard the neighbors, and I guess they heard us as well (good point, no one mentioned when they barked)), the hot water is tricky, one day I had to let it flow for 6-7 minutes untill it got warm, the other day we had to wait 15-20 minute untill the system warms everything up again - good point, staff responded really fast on WhatsApp, checked the issue, solved the issue. The breakfast was really excellent, the coffee what came with it was terrible.

Great communication from Maja with clear directions from the Union Bus stop. Our apartment was B5 , very clean and comfy and we could see snow capped mountains ! Upon arrival we were given a map and were recommended things to do and see . We were told about ordering breakfast , we just booked the same time both days . Breakfast was … incredible . A whole array of items , too much so we scaled back on day two. The only thing that wasn’t so good was the coffee but I think ours back home is stronger. Everything else was superb so I am not going to complain .Would rebook in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing time at Aparthotel Gaja. The location is incredible as it's less than a 2 minute walk to Lake Bled. The staff are incredibly friendly. The gentleman who checked us in was amazing. He took time to talk to us about the room and the local area. The free parking was a HUGE plus for us! Breakfast was included with our booking and was absolutely fantastic! It is bought to your room and feels so authentic.

Our shower needs some work as the head needs replacing. We also had ants in our kitchen area (not the hotels fault), but we did find ourself constantly cleaning them up.

Firstly, the location was superb as it was centrally located, a few minutes walk from the lake, and about 10-15 minutes from the bus station. And we couldn't have asked for a better view across to the lake and castle. The apartment was very comfortable (apart from the sofa - see below) and clean with a separate bedroom and bathroom, and lounge/dining. Very quiet too. The kitchen facilities were great and had everything we needed to cook dinners. The hotel staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Bled.

* The sofa really wasn't very comfortable, and we had to use the bed cushions (not pillows) to try to make it better. * The breakfast felt too much - I wish we had the option to choose exactly what we wanted - we did specify what we wanted via WhatsApp but we only discovered this by chance. We weren't told. There could definitely be better communications and organisation around this. It results in a lot of food waste. * One of the wine glasses had a lipstick stain from a previous guest.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the bled lake, restaurants and bars, 10 minutes drive to Triglav national park and about an hour to the capital city. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was big. The staff were friendly and polite.

Staff coming into the room with the breakfast was a bit of a strange experience to me. I think the breakfast being placed on trays/table outside of the apartments for customers to take and return when finished is better. Felt a bit embarrassed first thing in the morning, pj's, messy hair and no bra 🤣 🤣 (wife is writing this review 😅)

Very good location. The apartment was pretty and very clean. Excellent breakfast, they brought it to our apartment. When we arrived the young lady in reception was very polite and helpful. She recommended us the near Restaurant Central and it was good; 20 euros a 3 course menu.

We couldn't close the doors of the shower cabinet, they were broken. I bought an apartment with lake view and balcony but could not use the balcony because the door was broken and did not open. I asked a reduction but no. Young lady doubt that I am not able to use a door - !? She called his father, the owner. But so it was, they argued with me. Customer is not valued in that hotel.
