Central Bled House is a charming place to stay, located just a short walk from the beautiful Lake Bled. The location is ideal, with easy access to the lake, Bled Castle, and the iconic island. I stayed in the Castle and Island Room, which had a lovely heritage feel—tastefully decorated with a cozy, traditional touch that really added to the experience. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the surroundings were scenic. It’s the perfect spot for anyone wanting a mix of comfort, character, and convenience. Highly recommended for a memorable stay in Bled!

Perfect location, short walk to the lake, bars and super market. Property also has a restaurant on sight- we ate here one night and had the Central house platter which was amazing! Hotel had a bar which was great, showing the olympics while we were there. The staff were fantastic and kind. Our room was next to another balcony we used to have a drink at the end of the night and could see the castle and hills from this. Our room was fantastic- we had a great bathroom with a walk in shower and plenty of room. We were also had complimentary body wash which we appreciated. Bed was large and super comfortable, we had a dining table, fridge and air con.

There was a wide selection of hot or cold, sweet or savoury to choose from at the breakfast buffet. The location of the hotel was perfect for me, quite central between the Lake and shops/restaurants.

The only negative was the TV in my room didn’t work (pick-up any signal) I don’t particularly watch it while travelling so not a big issue for me and to give credit to the hotel I didn’t mention it so they had no chance to fix it during my stay.

Loved the location and comfortable finishings 24 hour access (but not 24 hour service) We ended up eating dinner here most nights, the food was the best quality and value of most places we looked at in Lake Bled! (Traditional) We had great value (have seen other pricing not so - can also book directly with them for better pricing)

We might have missed something we were supposed to do, but our room was never turned over (3 night stay). Not a big deal but would have been nice Do note the check in times, it is not staffed at the desk outside of these times

The breakfast is good, the location is really great - just walking distance from the lake, really! What we loved though is how the hotel hallways and rooms were so beautiful. The design is so intentional and it embraced the charming and rustic feel of the hotel which we really loved.

There were no lifts in the property at all so you'll have to lift all your luggage to whatever floor your room will be at. Also the receptionist on our last day was not as friendly as the first one

The decor of the rooms and restaurant is beautiful, with lots of rustic, chunky wood, much of it repurposed, creating a cosy feeling. Breakfast is excellent. We also enjoyed a very good meal in the restaurant in the evening. The waitress in the evening was really nice and was coping well with a lot of customers.

Excellent restaurant. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and obliging. Lots of shelf space in the room. Room design was great. Parking always available on site or next door and included in price (huge bonus). Location is ideal. Pretty quiet.

Towels were a bit old (being super picky). Shower temperature a bit changeable but you could find a sweet spot. No aircon in our room (only a fan) but I think this is because we only paid for a budget room so this is fair.

Excellent location you can see lake bled when you walk out of the front door and look down the road! Comfortable and spacious inside too. Parking available and free, if there is no space at Central bled house you are directed to a nearby sister hotel with more parking spaces.

Good to note that the rooms are above a restaurant, the reception desk is at the restaurant. This wasn’t a problem and when it was out of hours for reception the waiters were more than happy to help answer our questions.

Really great location - less than 5 minutes walk to the lake, very close to bars, restaurants, supermarket, post office. Restaurant and bar on site which were nice, really enjoyed the pizza. I liked that they gave a 10% off coupon for the restaurant. Room and bathroom were really clean. Shower had good water pressure and shower gel/shampoo is provided in a dispenser. Large wardrobe and lots of shelf space for things. Plenty of sockets.

It would have been nice if tea/coffee was replenished during room cleaning. I notified reception of an issue with the TV which wasn't fixed until I went down a second time to ask the next day (but it was fixed very quickly after I told reception the second time). No safe in room.

We were amazed by the place. First of all, the stuff was super helpful with late arrival - since we arrived after 11 PM, they left us very clear instructions, there was also online check-in, so everything was arranged perfectly. Secondly, the room was absolutely stunning. Furniture was made of wood as most of the hotel, and it was lovely. It was also very quiet in the room, and the location was great, just few min from the Bled lake.

There was a nice choice of teas (camomile, green, mint), but no black tea unfortunately, but it’s not a big deal since we could order it in the cafe.
