Pleasant hotel with an interesting design. As the name suggests, there are plenty of roses. The hotel's location is fantastic. The lake is almost at the doorstep, and during breakfast, the dining room offers a view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Wonderful. Breakfast is good and diverse. Very nicely presented and substantial. We also used the sauna facilities. The hotel features two Finnish saunas and one Turkish sauna. Additionally, there is a spacious pool with heated water, separate from the saunas, allowing for swims in swimwear.

Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the sauna was not operational. The lighting in the relaxation area in front of the sauna is extremely bright. They should definitely reduce the intensity for a more pleasant atmosphere. There was no water, tea, or fruit available in the sauna. For a 4-star hotel, this is unacceptable.

Omg... I always wanted to go to lake bled . Was my first trip to Slovenia. I lived everything from pick up the taxi that I have booked via hotel to lake baked cake... I lived the staff very polite and professional and very approachable, customer and best service ever in this country. I have been traveling around the world but this hotel had the best staff that they pay attention to clients and client's needs , and succeeded my expectations. They made my trip unique and unforgettable. I will never forget you all. Thank you all from reception to room service or cleaning staff to bar and spa staff. I come back here but with my friends next time . I recommend this hotel already to my boss back in guernsey. And to all my business partners or friends.

Very good room, excellent breakfast, very beautiful place. TV with free excess to premium sport channels, including Champions League games.

Near the hotel, there is a lovely church. The problem is that the bells start clocking very early, 06h00, disturbing the sleep. Every day! Doesn't the priest know that a night of good sleep is good for health?!

The breakfasts and breakfast room were beyond wonderful!! Among the best ever!! We loved the imaginative and extraordinarily tasteful decor, throughout the hotel but especially in the “jungle” breakfast area. In addition, reception staff were especially helpful at providing restaurant suggestions and giving directions.

I suggest that the outdoor lighting, particularly that adjacent to the Lake, be turned off or at least dimmed by a certain time in the evening. It takes away so much from the natural beauty and quiet enjoyment of your iconic Lake.

The thoughtful details like power outlets, extra towels, rigorous room cleaning, were great. The curtains were 100% blackout curtains. Access to the lake via B2 was great, saved me numerous climbing of steps/slopes. Staff was warm and welcoming, especially the restaurant staff. Breakfast was filling and served as fuel for whole day.

No bedroom slippers, and the mini bar was stuffed full. Will be nice if there’s space for my own drinks. The balcony was not secure. The sides had huge gaps at the bottom, so if next door wants to be ‘friends’ with you, they can…… (see my photo) so I made sure the doors and windows were locked especially at night. Room door could do with a dead bolt. These things make solo female travellers feel safer.

Our stay at Bled Rose was nothing short of incredible. Nestled right at the edge of the stunning Lake Bled, this hotel offers a breathtaking view that left us speechless every morning. To our delight, we were upgraded to a superior double room, which featured a spacious balcony with what must be the best view of the lake. The room itself was beautifully decorated, with vibrant and tasteful colors that created a warm and inviting atmosphere. Every detail of the decor added to the overall charm of the hotel, making it feel luxurious yet cozy. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality was flawless. We even received water and biscuits for our journey home upon checking out. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—it was just steps away from the lake and close to all the major sights, yet peaceful and serene. It was the ideal place to relax and soak in the natural beauty of Bled. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lake Bled. From the incredible views to the outstanding service, every aspect of our stay was perfect 😊

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and all of our interactions with the staff were excellent, both before and during our stay. I had arranged for balloons in the room and also for room service breakfast for my husband's birthday and both were amazing - the breakfast could have served 6 people! We also used the VIP spa and it was lovely (although the jacuzzi was a little on the cold side). The breakfast every day was excellent with some good vegan options. We paid for a superior, lake-view room and it was nice and big with a lovely long balcony.

We paid a bit more for a superior lake-view room and you could only see a tiny bit of the lake, but it's mostly obscured by trees so that was a little bit deceiving. And one tiny gripe - we like a nightcap in the hotel before heading to bed but the bar was closed to residents one night for a wedding. We thought it was a shame that there wasn't still a facility for residents to even take a drink to their room (but thankfully we had a minibar). These things didn't detract from our experience though and we would stay at the Bled Rose again in a heartbeat.

Great location close to bus stop and the lake. Room upgrade was very welcomed. Most staff were very friendly and helpful but a couple were a bit cold.

A couple staff could have been more friendly (dark hair lady at breakfast for example). Cleanliness needs to be improved they are a green hotel no issues with that but table needed a wipe, mould in bathroom fan, bathroom needed better clean. Room service left dirty cups when tidying room. Beds uncomfortable. These changes would be difference between a 4 star and 5 star property.

The breakfast spread was just fabulous - a huge variety of fresh cheeses, muesli, yoghurt, fruits and hot small vegetarian dishes. There was a large variety of fresh breads, baked goods and fruits. The coffee was excellent too. Loved the temperature controlled pool & the hot tub outside - both were perfect to use on the rainy morning we were forced to be indoors. The hotel is just a short walk from the lake and the castle. There were many restaurants nearby at short walking distances. The hotel reception staff was very helpful, even on the phone. A quick call to them and a taxi was sent to Ljubljana station when the train had a problem and it didnt bring us all the way to Lesce Bled Station. The taxi driver met us right outside the train with my name. They were helpful in storing the luggage till the room was ready. We had a large bag of cheese to refrigerate for the 3 days that we were there and they kindly stored it in the fridge at the reception.

The room was really small and cramped with the bags of two persons, not enough space to move around and open the bags- a little more space would have been great.

Excellent location in front of the lake, close to the castle and the church. Super pet friendly. Excelent breakfast. Highly competent and helpful staff. It is an above average 4 star hotel in terms of room quality, but with details amd services of a 5 star (welcome drink, farewell gift, wellness services, high tier cuisine, etc.)

Cannot find anything major. Rooms/bathroom could be a bit bigger, but still worth the price. And even if you keep your towels hanging to reuse them (following the instructions provided), the cleaning staff keep changing them daily anyways, so there is room for improvement on these sort of green policies.
