Traditional Alpine hotel with comfortable, good sized rooms and good buffet breakfast. Helpful staff and good restaurant. Lovely views.

The room was hot in the day time but we managed fine (we were there during a heatwave). Heavier curtsins or shutters would have helped a bit. The public areas were cool and at night we could cool the room by opening the balcony door and window.

The rooms were big enough, clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable and large enough. The view across the surrounding area was very nice. Hotel is situated in the centre of the area however it is very quiet. The breakfast was very nice. At the same area there is a restaurant with delicious traditional food as well as tasty pizzas with very good prices.

A refrigerator inside the room would be very helpful.

The restaurant had lots of options including vegan options, which is rare for Slovenia. The location was great, near amenities and a short walk from the beautiful river. Lakes Bled and Bohinjsko Jezero are a bus ride away.

It faces a busy road but worth the sacrifice for the proximity to supermarkets and buses. It still has lovely views.

The hotel was convenient for the railway station and for the local buses to places around Lake Bohinj. The room was spacious and had seats outside on the balcony. A good breakfast was served in the morning, and we had a good evening meal in the restaurant.

The room did not have air conditioning so was rather warm even with the window open all night.

VERY friendly staff, spacious room with balcony, good beds and excellent shower. The latter was a godsend in the local heatwave we experienced. The on-site restaurant has a wide range of choices, from strictly vegan to hardcore carnivore, so don’t think the ‘pizzeria’ sign indicates that that is all they do. Loads of local ingredients and dishes, all served in portions large enough to satisfy even the most serious eater. Ample choice at breakfast buffet, with local produce as well. Logistically well equipped, with large private parking and shops, banks, key regional bus stops plus the train station all just a few hundred meters away.

Not an issue for us: no A/C in the room. Nights in this mountainous area are cool enough to open doors/windows and let some fresh air in!

Value for money! The rooms were very comfortable and came with a wonderful breakfast. This was a wonderful place for us to stay during our ride across Slovenia— they made space for our bikes and the garage . The attached restaurant/bar had tasty pizzas and a variety of schnapps for us to try— I liked blueberry

We were upgraded to mini-apartments, which meant we had more space and and comfort. The staff were friendly , and the hotel had a lively atmosphere in the evening. The pizzas were very good.

A larger range of hot food at breakfast. It was a shame that the hotel bar closed at 10pm. which meant we had to go out.

We booked this hotel for two nights to visit Bohinj and to celebrate New Year's Eve, and it was a great choice! We had a very nice and pleasant stay, the staff was very kind and friendly and they answered all our questions. The rooms are great looking, very clean and well equipped. We had breakfast included, and it was exceptional, and also the restaurant is superb, so we ended up having lunch there every day. The location turned out to be great as well, since the main party for New Year's Eve was right across the hotel (where the aquapark is), so we didn't have to use the car. The hotel also has nice private parking. All in all, this is a great small hotel with great restaurant and location and we will definitely be staying here again when we return to Bohinj, which we loved so much.

Quiet location. Ideal for trekking and travelling to Lake Bohinj and Lake Bled.

Our shower gel was running low from the time we arrived. After spending 5 nights there it had run out. It was never refilled by cleaning staff who were in on a daily basis.

My room was good, nice and tidy. Good location.

The room was hot and needed a fan! I had the door open for the whole night but then early in the morning could smell the neighbours smoking at like 5:30am not ideal!
