Everything you'd need. Everything you need in the room, quality products in the bathroom, slept like a charm despite my room being on the first floor by the stairs, I didn't hear the restaurant only a few meters away. Staff is welcoming, the restaurant may be a bit more expensive than the others in the region however the food is much more refined and excellent. The location is perfect, wonderful hikes pretty much on the doorstep. Bohinj is much quieter than Bled and just as stunning. Last but not least I stayed there with my dog. Like most hotels allowing dogs they ask for them not to go on the furniture except that unlike many they provided us with a dog bed and bowls. Both my dog and I had a wonderful time there. Highly recommended!

It was a good size (not too big!, the food was delicious, both dinner and breakfast. The outside area had plenty of seating and the view of the mountains was stunning! You could easily walk to the lake over fields , so no annoyance with parking. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Our room had a bath and a shower, which is unusual nowadays and was spacious and had lovely little touches of a metal water bottle and great coffee machine.

A bit close to other properties, meant our window overlooked next door's balcony. There were blinds, but you felt a bit hemmed in as it was very close. The windows were also filthy, so the other view of the mountains was difficult to see! Whilst the food was delicious and good for a special occasion, probably not completely to the taste for younger kids.

The hotel, the room and the restaurant were all nice and cozy. Interior of the place is stylish and welcoming. The Staff was really great. They always had a good word to everyone who stayed there including dogs. The place has an excellent location, it is very close to the lake. From the balcony, the view to the mountains and lake was beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing and very tasteful. We stayed at the hotel with our dog, and they welcomed him as their own. Bed, bowls, and treats were waiting for him in the room. I recommend this place!! Thank you for these lovely days! We’ve already booked our next stay here!

Location is perfect. Bohinj lake is near, only 5-10 minutes walk (depending on the pace) and you are at the bridge (in the center of Ribčev Laz). Beginning of hiking trails “Korita Mostnice”, “Slap Mostnice”, “Peč viewpoint”, “Rudnica” is also very near, so you can start your hiking tour right from the hotel, no need to move your car, look for parking, etc. The hotel itself is also beautiful, very cosy, clean and the staff is super friendly. We were in the duplex apartment, with the bed upstairs and lake view. Garden of the hotel is great, with the view on mountain Triglav, where you can hang out with, have a drink or just enjoy the view. Excellent ‘A la carte’ breakfast is included in the price and there is also a possibility to reserve the seat for dinner in the restaurant. Type of the dinner is also ‘A la carte’ and we enjoyed the 3-course menu and excellent service.

The hotel is located close to the lake and all major activities, making it easy to access all attractions. The rooms are comfortable and elegantly decorated with great attention to detail. We were particularly impressed with the high-quality L'Occitane toiletries available in the bathroom. Upon arrival, we received a lovely welcome gift, including a voucher for a complimentary drink, which was a nice touch. I must especially commend how well they cater to pets. Our dog was provided with his own bed and bowls, treats awaited him in the room, and the staff was very friendly to him, even in the restaurant where he was also welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with first-class service and an excellent location. We will definitely be returning!

Our room was located next to the kitchen, which made it quite noisy. The room could benefit from better soundproofing to improve the overall experience.

We recently had the privilege of staying at Hotel Majerica for what was meant to be a weekend retreat. It’s a place where the scenery and vibe make you feel instantly relaxed and welcome. The staff was the highlight of our stay. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We enjoyed a drink in the garden and it was a perfect, peaceful moment, thanks to the setting and the attentive service. Dinner was another highlight. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Unfortunately, my wife fell ill and we had to leave earlier than planned. The way the hotel staff responded to our situation was outstanding. They were supportive, understanding, and extremely kind. We had to head home early the next day due to my wife's illness. The staff was not only understanding but also gave us a gift card for our next visit. We noticed they didn’t charge us for the dinner, a gesture that we greatly appreciated. Despite the circumstances, we left with a positive impression of Hotel Majerica. The level of care and kindness we experienced was remarkable. We highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return.

The view was amazing, Staff were friendly and nice

The fact that the place which we were staying was on the ground floor, and the door/windows were towards the restaurant of the facility or the garden, and anyone who was passing could see inside our room. either you should have sacrificed light and view or your privacy, and the terrace for our room was not private, everyone had access to it, which I think such an information should be written while booking.

The room was really spacious and clean. Good beds and it had a personal sauna which was also spacious (room for 3), easy to use, and easily maintained 90 degree celsius. The staff were really friendly. Went out of their way to improve our stay. One time the kitchen was already closed, but they still made something for me with cold cuts (a nice plateau with nuts, meat slices, dried fruit, bread, and delicious spreads). We only ate at the restaurant during our stay, because it was that good. Breakfast is a-la-carte and really tasty, with all fresh ingredients. Lunch/ diner is served as a 3 course meal (or more) and looks and tastes as if dining in a fine dining restaurant. Price / value quality is really good. My expectations were exceeded on all accounts.

Very nice and calm hotel including a great restaurant serving delicious and high quality food. Breakfast was absolutely a perfect start into the day and the staff was professional, supportive and friendly! Our room was well equipped, clean and the balcony offered a nice view. The location is a great starting point for discovering the whole area, doing some hiking tours or visiting Bled (approx. 30 minutes by car). The accommodation offers also a free parking area right next to the hotel.

We were staying for few nights, big family group with one dog. The location is perfect. It is near Bohinj lake and in the gorgeous small village Stare Fuzine. You need to visit the whole village, it is a relaxed and inspiring short walk. The breakfast was super (traditionally with local groceries, home made yogurt is excellent) and also we had dinner in their restaurant that is highly commendable - an unrepeatable slow food experience in 4-5 superb courses... The accommodation in general is clean, comfortable and it exceeded my expectations. We will certainly come back on our next visit to Bohinj lake.
