It's near the lake and bus stop! 5 blocks away, walking by the main Avenue. Early checkin, Tanja the owner allowed us to enter and leave our luggage on the room. Late checkout, I was able to work calmly with my notebook, connected to Wi-Fi and electricity until the bus time. Accommodation has a full kitchen, living room, laundry room, private room with bathroom for two and personal fridge, one of the best mattresses I slept on in the last month. You can reserve breakfast in advance. Tanja gave us some good advices for places to visit and walking path near the city and lake. For sure it was the right choice with super quality/price relationship, sleeping near the lake instead of the city of Bohinj, and a place like home! We give it a 10+ thanks Tanya!

We have no issues. everything all was better than before in other accommodations in Spain, France, Italy, Slovenia.

-Great location, 10 mn walking from the lake -The room was well furnished, the mattress very comfortable - the house is traditional and well decorated. There is a terrasse to enjoy the sun or relax. - Friendly host who was there to answer all of our questions. We booked the accommodation the morning for the afternoon and our room was ready quite fast, she even sent us a text message to inform us that we could come. She also let us use the washing machine which one a very nice gesture. - The accommodation is located on the main road but we didn’t hear anything from our room.

Very kind host who gave us a tour of the property on arrival. Parking in front of the hotel and a larger lot across the street available for free. Back garden had a ping pong table, BBQ, table and chairs. Shared kitchen available for use. Air conditioning in rooms. Large room with a really comfy bed. Shower with good water pressure. Clean facilities. Accepts payment by credit card.

We liked everything! There were some stairs, but they were wide enough to navigate easily. Unsure if there an elevator for handicapped folks.

The room was nice and clean with a small balcony overlooking the side of the house, felt like it had undergone reconstruction lately. Not much can be said about the location, 2 mins walk from the lake in the countryside exactly what we were looking forward to. The bathroom was also clean and with a decent shower. The house offered a small kitchen with dishwasher, and laundry room that guest could use. In addition there was a nice sitting area that i think during summer breakfast is served there. In our case there was no breakfast which was no problem.

The room was on the top floor (nothing wrong with that) and basically because of the architecture, the roof above the toilet was short especially for a person on the taller side. I guess for people around 180cm this would be no issue. We were also unlucky as the person next room was probably really tired and we could hear the snoring that woke us up at one point.

Great location as so close to the Supermarket to grab food to cook in the kitchen. Also so close to the Lake itself. Hotel was very clean. Kitchen was a great communal area so got to meet and chat to loads of other people staying there. The view from the Balcony was lovely Showers were powerful and warm. Fridge in the kitchen and in the room, felt save leaving things in the Communal Fridge but was nice to have one in the room for water ect.

The room did get quite hot but a fan was provided in the Wardrobe so wasn't a big deal. Memory foam mattress which I personally am not a fan of but I still slept very well so again not a big issue

Tanya's place is wonderful. I've stayed twice, both cosy sized rooms with a small balcony. Stunning views to the mountain and generally a wonderful atmosphere. Very clean and Tanya + her family were very helpful. I will be staying again!

The mattress was too soft and I got a back ache, but I'm sure you can't please everyone's backs. The balcony was small and our knees were a bit squashed sitting out there, but we still loved it.

Last minute stop and staid one night (and was allowed early check-in). Very good location with walking distance to the shops, nearest restaurants, and “center”. Took advantage of the jacuzzi in the evening, fantastic idea (with a beamer, where we enjoyed music with nice nature videos). Didn’t use the sauna. I had by mistake dropped the hotelkey at the Vogel gondola, and Tanya from the hotel was so kind to go and pick it up when they contacted the hotel about it. What a service :) It was just out of season, so it was very quiet in the hotel. We could bring our own breakfast and eat downstairs, small fridge in the room (but think also a shared one in the kitchen).

The bed was memory foam, I liked it, my boyfriend less. For him the bathroom was also a bit small (with a glass table next to the toilet).

Fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the lake, and beautiful views. Tanja, our host, was so helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable. It was also very convenient to have a small fridge in the room, and to be able to use the kitchen facilities. Tanja also does a very nice breakfast, worth paying the extra for.

I have nothing negative to say about the property. The only small thing is that the guests in the room next to us were a little noisy later in the evening. But that could happen anywhere.

I have to say whatever you needed, Tanja made sure you had it.The room was comfortable and clean. The kitchen and dining area was well equipped and clean! The location was 5 minutes walk to lake Bohinj and what a lovely area that was! Beautiful terrace and a quaint balcony. The bus stop was 2-3 minutes walk. Great restaurant 1 minute walk.

There was nothing I didn’t like, all was lovely!

Big, clean room with private bathroom and balcony. Very big and comfortable bed. Small fridge in the room. Very friendly and helpful owners. Place has big dining area with fully supplied kitchen. Lots of parking space, located on the main road to Bled, 5 mins walking distance from Bohinj lake. TV in the room, fast wifi.
