Wow- there is so much to love about this hotel. First- the service. The staff all exude helpfulness and are so gracious and nice. Second, the location- it’s in a truly perfect location across from the lake and removed but not too far from the town. Third, the room- it was exactly as pictured, absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was so comfortable and the shower products were truly incredible. I regret I didn’t have time to use the beautiful tub! Our room was on the ground floor below the restaurant and we were a little worried about noise, but we couldn’t hear anything and it was so quiet at night. Finally, the food. We had the fortune to eat at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, and WOW, both truly blew us away. The breakfast is the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had and probably will ever have. You’ll not be disappointed by anything - we can’t wait to come back!!

Nothing, it’s perfect.

This hotel is just perfect. Amazing spaceous room, with a huge terrace and jacuzzi. The view from the balcony is marvelous to the small lake and the arounds mountains. Coffee maker, minibar, everything that you can need. The special evening menu is a realy extra. (Better dinner than I had ever around the world.)

The light switch was a little bit challanging to find the right mode, but after 1 night it was ok. We were not 100% healthy when we arrived at the hotel - so we had some stomach problem after the amazing dinner (but I think it was because of our primary illness)

Amazing location, amazing staff, greatest breakfast i've ever had. Great location for a couple, and for those taking a break from hiking. Don't miss out on the food, the breakfast is amazing, no continental breakfast here. Go from wed-sat, as the 2 star hotel will be open, and you should go there

Not much, it's a great hotel. The room was a bit hot, but that was easily allevaited by opening a window.

The location is amazing the room is super modern and you can tell no expense has been spared on the decor The staff are legendary I’ve probably never been made to feel more welcome so hats off to all the crew keep doing what you do

beautiful little boutique hotel with a fantastic view, the food was OUTSTANDING, please eat there and breakfast was amazing. Anna and Dino were super nice and always there to answer your questions and give you the best advice. I will recommend to everyone I know 😃

We loved everything about this boutique hotel. Attention to detail is top notch, the bedroom as comfortable, slept really well, and the shower was excellent (twin showers). Breakfast was just perfect and the views are out of this world

Amazing location and surrounding! Hotel itself is so tastefully designed, quiet and exceptionally clean. Food is beyond words.. Both breakfast and dinner. Staff is amazing, so friendly and easy to speak with. We really had an easy going vacation in a perfect place.

Amazing facilities, the jacuzzi with a view of the lake was breathtaking. The suite was huge and was filled with all the luxuries you could ever need. Breakfast was plentiful and included lots of different options all locally sourced.

Everything!!!! The service is absolutely impeccable. They did not let me lift a finger (or a bag). The room is so nice, just remodeled. The bed is so beyond comfortable. The toiletries all provided are incredible. The restaurant is outstanding and breakfast is insanely amazing. I could go on and on. I cannot wait to come back.

This is a truly amazing hotel with next level interior, views and location, and with amazing service I have not yet experienced anywhere I have stayed. Small details (such as how they prepare the room before bedtime) that count and make your stay amazing. Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast. Make sure you have lunch or dinner in their Michelin star restaurant.

Unfortunately there was water heating problem on the day of our check out and we couldn't use the bathtub which was one of the focal points of the room, but this is not the hotel's fault. so I hope we get to stay there again to try out the tub as well
