We stayed at this hotel for 10 days, to do mountain hiking around. I liked the family room, sufficient space to deposit your stuff and luggage. Some remarks in other reviews mention about the lack of air conditioning. During our stay, there was a heat wave for one week and we didn't feel the need for any cooling. Also, there were comments about limited options for breakfast - it is somewhat true, but not that much if you think it is still a 3 star hotel. We would definitely return to this hotel if we would visit again Kranjska Gora.

Nothing to mention. Maybe some attention to goodies from the lobby would help since we noticed some expired sweets.

Warm welcome at check in and it was great to have a designated safe parking place. Although there was complimentary tea/ coffee in the lounge it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room to be able to make a drink. Room had lovely Mountain View. Very cosy feel to the hotel. Good breakfast selection, with wonderful crusty bread every morning. On check out we were thanked for staying with them.

Where to even begin! This hotel was absolutely charming! We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Kotnik! The rooms - newly renovated- very very clean and attended to every day…. The beds were super comfortable…. Breakfast was delicious… I cannot rave enough about the fresh loaves of bread that were baked each and every morning for all of the hotel guests eating breakfast… simple details like this that made our stay here exceptional! Not to mention not having to wait in line for the restaurant during busy hours …. Hotel guests get a table automatically! Location was key…. within walking distance everywhere. The ladies at the reception were fabulous…. Always Willing to help with anything! We cannot thank the staff enough for making our stay perfect! We will definitely be back very soon! :)

Our family's skiing holiday at Hotel Kotnik in Kranjska Gora was an unforgettable experience. The hotel's proximity to the ski slopes made it an ideal base for our skiing adventures. The hotel restaurant was a culinary delight. Each dinner was a wonderful experience, with a menu offering a variety of local and international dishes. The children enjoyed the tasty, kid-friendly options, while we savored the gourmet meals. The ambiance of the restaurant, coupled with attentive service, made our dining experiences truly enjoyable. Hotel Kotnik's blend of excellent ski access and delightful dining options made it the perfect choice for our family ski holiday. We left with cherished memories and look forward to returning.

Top class accommodation in the heart of Kranjska Gora village. We stayed over the Christmas festive season and staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Rooms very comfortable and clean. Facilities for ski gear and snow boarding equipment storage. 5 star accomodation !!!

Room was a little hot (it was hot outside). The lack of airco was not a problem. Room was very nice. We heard afterwards that we could have asked for a fan. We will remember that for next locations. So not a very negative point; point of attention.

View from room was insanely beautiful, the room was clean, modern and comfortable Service was amazing too, I had to check in late and everything was communicated perfectly with me. We had an fantastic stay and would love to stay here again

Room was excellent. Location in the center of the village, very close to the ski lifts. Hotel is easy to approach, Parking garage is very good.

Breakfast was very good, but every day the same. Internet in room was slower and sometimes without signal

Excellent central location, really helpful knowledgeable staff which helped us with walks etc. Pizza restaurant attached is superb, and you can queue jump if staying at the hotel. Large room and lovely outside ground floor seating area off the residents lounge.
