This hotel is a good one. It is little older but rooms are quite big and comfortable. We loved our view from the room, also very quiet room and pieceful locality. Nature is just beautiful around. Breakfast was perfect and I must say that the hostess(older man) in restaurant is amazing. He absolutely loves his job and loves kids. This is a good employee.

In room we only missed some information about hotel services and time slots for breakfast. Also there is only little parking lot in front of the hotel so sometimes you must to park a bit far. Also no playground for kids or any kind of services for kids.

The hotel was situated in the center of the Kranjska gora. Everything was perfect, the room was clean and big enough. The bed was comfortable. There was enough towels. The staff was very helpful and kind. The breakfast was excellent with lot of food choices. The parking was free for the guests. What I would like to have improved: maybe internet speed. It's ok for standard surfing, but when you want to upload larger amount of images (it is hard not to have them a lot), then I wish it were faster.

What I recommend for the most of the hotels. Please, use more quality juice for the breakfast. How much does it cost 1L of the 100% juice (imagine that 2 guest drink 1L during breakfast - which is a lot)? Aprox 3€. Incorporate this 3€ in the room price (no one would notice) and provide better juice.

The hotel is maybe not perfectly new but the area and the view from the windows win absolutely everything. Incredible sights from the balcony, truly spacious rooms and amazing big bed. The bathroom was clean and pleasant. In the price was also included free parking and swimming area in another hotel from the same chain around 100m from this hotel. There are shops restaurants and all you need just around. Kranjska Gora is located in spectacular area. Breakfast was amaying. Huge choice of products and very tasty.

In the room we missed maybe a kettle and some tea/coffee set. The rooms were not spotless clean we found some baby toys under bed after previous guests.

We liked our stay at Ramada Hotels & Suites Kranjska Gora very much. The hotel is perfectly located just across the street from Mercator store and Intersport, at the beginning of the town pedestrian area, beautifully decorated and picturesque during this time of the year. The hotel is also near the ski slopes, much to our enjoyment, as we are family who come for a skiing holiday. Additionally, there is a small ice skating ring just outside the hotel, which our kids also used and had a lot of fun in the evenings. We had a beautiful bright room with a view on the slopes and being that there was enough snow, the view was amazing. It was warm and clean, well equipped with everything we needed and with a lot of electric outlets, which was very convenient. We eat both breakfast and dinner at our hotel, and we enjoyed the food and the atmosphere very much. Moreover, what adds to our experience is the staff. The restaurant manager Niko, was very kind to us and very helpful and our large family and friends had the possibility to dine together. Also, waiters Katarina and Bogoljub, made our meals memorable, as they were always there for us and made our kids' restaurant experience amazing. We would like to thank all three of them wholeheartedly, as they definitely confirm that it's always up to people who make the difference. We will definitely return to this hotel! :)

Great view from the window. We had a balcony where we sat and had snacks in the evening. Breakfast was with good variety. Parking in front of the hotel was full, but we get free access to paid parking just across the street. We also got a free access to swimming pool in resort next door. Staff was friendly and suggested some spots to visit nearby.

Room was a little bit small. We had extra bed/sofa and it was difficult to get to the balcony because of it. We would have liked shower cabin instead of bathtub.

Paid a little extra for a Superior Room with a mountain view and this was worth every penny. Glorious view and scenery. Hotel is positioned right in the centre of town so ideal for all shops, bars and restaurants. We didn't actually use the swimming pool facilities, which were offered in the price, as the weather was great and we spent our days outside. We had a look at the pool and had it been wet and cold this would have been a welcome addition to our holiday. Great choice at breakfast; friendly staff in the restaurant, nice, light airy dining room; plenty of space for all. Comfortable bed and room; nice balcony area. Ideal Base for a holiday in Kranjska Gora.

It was regrettable that the on site bar and cafe were closed for our entire stay and seemingly going forward. Of course there are plenty of good bars within easy walking distance of the hotel but an on Site bar is usually a good place to meet other guests and swap ideas on different ways to spend the day. Regrettable that this was not available.

It's a great location very close to the ski lifts and to the town centre. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a lot of various options. Room was spacious enough with a very nice balcony looking at the slopes. There are ski-lockers in the basement.

We found only one electricity socket in the entire room. Parking in front of the hotel was constantly overfull. There are other parkings (of the same hotel) available in the vicinity - so that was not a big problem.

This is a great hotel in the middle of Kranjska gora. The rooms are comfortable, clean, the balcony was a bonus. There is access to a swimming pool in a sister hotel as well. It is also not overpriced which makes it a good choice for families.

The bathroom would need an upgrade. Also the breakfast buffet could do with some more fresh fruit. The rooms definitely need air-conditioning.

I can not think of anything we didn't like at Ramada. The hotel is amazing, the view from the room is fabulous, the breakfast is very rich and there is a lot of variety in it. The receptionists and the staff at the hotel are also very friendly and they smile, help and give you a nice, welcoming feeling. Thanks to Carmen from the reception, we had a great and relaxing stay. We were lucky to get an amazing room with a perfect view.

All staff were very friendly and helpful. I asked for an electric kettle in the room and they brought one quickly. The location is simply perfect. Grocery store across the street. Bus stop in front of the hotel. Just 2 minutes walk to a superb local restaurant. Beds were comfortable. Extra pillows provided in the room. Very good shower with high water pressure.
