The view of the mountains was our favorite part of this hotel. It was stunning. We enjoyed the pool area. The pool was heated, which was nice. The hotel provides bathrobes for the adults. However, they make you rent a towel for the kids for 2 euro each. We could have just brought our towels from the room I guess. The beds were comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony.

I wasn't a huge fan of the buffet-style meals. It was 22 euros, even for kids. And the buffet didn't offer great kid-friendly options every night. The food was very good. It just wasn't my favorite.

We are missing Franjo, "I had an exceptional dining experience thanks to [waiter's name]. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their knowledge of the menu and ability to accommodate special requests made the evening even more enjoyable. Their warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced our visit. I’ll definitely be returning because of the excellent service!" Would you like help tailoring this to a specific experience?

It really is a beautiful hotel. We liked our room, which was spacious, clean and modern, especially the bathroom. The swimming pool is also very beautiful with a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was fine with many options and fresh fruit.

In contrast to the breakfast, the dinner was a real disappointment. Food was basic at best. The parking lot is huge, still there is no charging station for electric vehicles. Although there is a nice playing area for small children, the one for the older children can be improved: the equipment is really old and/or broken and everything costs extra!

• Big room, big sofa We were 4 together in 3 person room 4 stars part of the hotel. It’s one of the most comfortable hotel for the family with a small child. I had a lot of dubs. In a 4 stars part you haven’t room for 4 people. For example if our small one doesn’t leave a place for papa during the night (it could happen) in a big bed there is enough place for him with an elder son on a sofa or not 😅 And It was enough. You can make a full bed from a standard sofa which you have in a triple room if it’s necessary. And the room and bathroom were comfortable big for family. • Free upgrade They gave us free upgrade and we had the best view to mountains ether. • Good breakfast and dinner If you order the dinner in advance, before coming, you will get it for 10 euro per person. Yes it’s quite simple, but you always can find what to eat even if you are vegetarian. • Big and warm swimming pools • Places around

Amazing location & view, very nice comfy rooms. The food was okay. The staff is super pleasant and the receptionist gave us some great tips on what to do and visit locally, we appreciated that a lot. There are some great hiking and walking paths around the hotel or just a few minutes away by car. Also very close to Kranjska Gora, where you can find restaurants and supermarkets.

The pool was quite cold, both air and water temperature. You need to pay extra for the saunas, but it's worth it.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The view from the room of the Alps is breathtaking. The room is tidy and well-equipped. The spa area is okay, pleasant, and well-equipped - however there are only three saunas in the spa area, which leads to overcrowding if more people are using the saunas at the same time. The breakfast food offerings are very good, but dinner should include more options for vegans, vegetarians, and those with allergies.

We had a Mountain View room with a large balcony the view was just beautiful, the room was large with a large walk-in shower Both the breakfast and dinner had a good choice Something for everyone Beautiful clean hotel and warm clean swimming pools

I think there should be tea and coffee making facilities in the room Or be able to request the use of a kettle most 4star hotels have this facility There was no English black tea at breakfast Or smoked salmon

A magnificent architectural gem set in a stunning location. The hotel was renovated in 2008 and features spacious rooms with large, modernly furnished bathrooms. The highlight is the sauna and tatami room with a projection of the surrounding mountains for relaxation. As mentioned, it boasts beautiful architecture in a marvelous location with views of the Alps. The hotel includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a relaxation pool. There is also a campsite located next to the hotel. The location is an ideal starting point for walks, hiking, cycling, and other outdoor activities.

The food is okay, but it is not at the level of a four-star hotel.

The hotel is situated in a picturesque valley between the forested mountains of the Karavanke and the Julian Alps, with an absolutely stunning view of a group of rock peaks from the balcony (the highest is Špik). Soothing murmur of the Sava Dolinka river about 100 meters from the hotel, quite large and clean swimming pool in the hotel. Rich and delicious breakfast in the large dining room, many possibilities for hiking in the mountains nearby. The hotel (and in my experience the whole of Slovenia) is characterized by solid service and friendly people.

We stayed at a 4* mountain view room, it was very comfortable and spacious, with an amazing view of Špik mountain! Definitely recommend to book this room for your stay! Wellness area on the ground floor is great and well kept. Hotel is surrounded by nature and hiking trails, a river is flowing right in front, there is a lovely picnic area available as well as some playgrounds and outdoor facilities. Location is great for exploring Julian Alps, especially Kranjska Gora, Lake Jasna and even Bled Lake area. Free parking was available during our stay.

The food at the restaurant was just ok. It was a simple buffet and could use more vegetarian options both for breakfast and dinner. Wellness area was used by families and young children as a fun-pool zone so it was not really relaxing at times.
