We liked mostly everything. The location is amazing especially with the mountain view! The food was good. The receptionist told us about so many interesting things to visit. Everything was clean and kept clean during our stay. The location of the hotel permits visiting so many beautiful places nearby! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very nice.

We didn't like the fact that at the pool not all the installations were working in the water. Also the bistro-bar at the pool is closed in summer. So if you want to stay the whole day at the pool you don't have any possibility to eat but just if you go in that space with your own food or get dressed and eat ouside the hotel. Also, at breakfast the rules do not allow making sandwiches and taking them out.

Hotel is well located on the outskirts of Kranjska Gora. It's only a short walk into the centre. The rooms are a decent size, with all the amenities one would require. WiFi worked well in our room and around the hotel. Breakfast provided you with a range of options to suit everyone. The view from the restaurant is impressive. The staff were welcoming and helpful.

Our bathroom had a slight smell of drains in the morning but the other members of our group didn't have the same issue. We were looking forward to some time relaxing in the welness area after a long day exploring Lake Bled and it's surroundings. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the pool and we weren't able to access it that day. Thankfully it was open again in the morning. It's a really lovely area and they cater for all ages.

The hotel location is amazing with views of the mountains nearby. Well run hotel. Our room was good sized and very clean with amazing views. Breakfast choice and facilities were very good and car parking was at the hotel in secure area. The village at the location offers a variety of restaurants which we found to be good value with great food. The hotel has great facilities for families to enjoy and for those, like us, who like to visit the surrounding area, there are waterfalls, great hikes to be had. Will visit this hotel and area again.

Very friendly and helpful staff who made sure our family of 4 had two adjoining rooms and then even better, they had interconnecting doors, so we were basically in a little apartment all 4 of us, with a kids room and a parents room. Lovely and clean and really comfy beds. We paid extra for a balcony and the mountain view was spectacular.

Staff on the door at breakfast were a bit stern! A jolly smile would have been nice of a morning but it is probably a very stressful job.

Location was fantastic. We opted to pay a little extra and get a superior room (room with a Mountain View) and it was totally worth it.

A little dated. Lack of AC or any type of ventilation (no fans or central air) made for some uncomfortable sleeping nights during the week we visited. Staff was mostly friendly with the exception of one lady that worked at check-in during the morning shift. She got into a very uncomfortable verbal argument with on the of the guests and seemed to be a little abrasive all around.

had an amazing stay at this beautiful hotel in Kranjska Gora, Slovenia. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view of the surrounding mountains was simply breathtaking. The pool was spotless, and the wellness area was fantastic—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The food was delicious, and to top it all off, they surprised me with a bottle of prosecco in my room for my birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We come to Slovenia to rest, to ease our minds and just wonder in nature. I realise that the hotel always has sport teams and players as guest. This time, they were great and silent. The view, the mountains are still breathtaking from the balcony. The breakfast is great - everyone can find sth for themselves.

A man came in our room - noone knows how he managed that. I went down to the reception and they immediately erased all the cards connected to our room and gave us new ones. They apologised and started to "investigate". Other than that everything was great.

The hotel is clean, the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast includes a variety of foods, so everyone can find what they like. It is perfectly located, has a spacious own parking lot. The room is big enough for 2. Ours faced south, and we had a balcony with spectacular views.

I'd say that, other than in winter, swimming pool should not be heated to 30 C, because this is the temperature for medical spas. In spring-/summer, don't expect to refresh in this pool.

We had a room with a mountain view which was fantastic. Lovely to have a balcony looking over the mountains, too. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was very good, plentiful and good quality. The hotel is situated in the centre of town which is super. Parking is easy at the hotel. There is also a lovely terrace at the back where you can enjoy a drink from the bar and take in the mountain views.
