Being disabled, I had room 103 on the groudfloor, perfectly close to the reception, launge and entrance. The room was spacious with a very well equipped bathroom. I enjoyed that the computer-CheckIn was broken for some reason, and I could check in with a friendly and attentive Concierge.

Breakfast: No scrambled Eggs, No fried Eggs, Only Hardboiled Eggs. Rest was really fine. The Beds were a little too short and slim for a 190cm "strong" man, but I slept well. The mattress was perfect (not so soft and high like in hotels in IT and SLO). The fact, that the reception is operated in person only until 21:00.

Great location and free parking. The hotel is only 15 minutes away from the city center and its very easy to get to and from the hotel. Breakfast was modest but sufficient. My room had a nice view of the mountains, and the bed was comfortable. Would book again if needed.

There was a not too loud humming noise, probably from the ventilation in the bathroom that was constantly on. Not a problem when you fall a sleep, but if you need complete silence to fall a sleep, this might be an issue. It wasnt a big problem for me.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access. The room was clean, breakfast was tasty, and it's a very good choice for a short stay during a trip. The staff were friendly and communication was smooth. A bonus is the gas station and the grocery stores right next door. As a practical and functional stopover, the hotel meets expectations and offers what a B&B should offer.

Good place to spend a few nights if stopping by. The place offers breakfast for an extra fee and even if on a budget - across the street LIDL is available. 15 min'ish walk away from cities main train station.

In hotel room, no kettle is provided. Near reception, you can buy tea and warm drinks from a vending machine, but of course prices for that are enormous.

Very helpful receptionist! Her communication was excellent. She solved our room problem immediately. The parking was good. We didn't have breakfast but it looked great and the facilities in the dining area were clean and airy. The room was spotless.

The lift is extremely busy in the morning so use the stairs if you are able

The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the railway station, even on foot, and also to bus stops if you are thinking about visiting the outer parts of the city or the inner city. Kerstin was at the front desk on the day of my arrival and she is an absolutely wonderful and kind host, who made me feel absolutely welcome. The room is nice and clean and very practical, perfect for its value. The place is also pleasantly quiet. I would absolutely recommend it.

It should be indicated that towels and even a hairdryer are provided in the rooms (I could not see these listed but how great!).

Self check-in was easy. Room was well prepared for us. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was tasty.

As it was transfer hotel for our trip to Slovenia we had some food and drinks with us and would appreciate, if there was at least small fridge available. The hotel cleaning staff came to our room twice before check out time (11:55AM) to check, if we are gone already. I understand they usually have limited time to clean all the rooms, but the hotel was not overcrowded and this was a bit stressful. We left the room at 12AM exactly.

New building, good breakfast, keyless once you have the code to the room and entrance. There is good car parking and Lidl in front of the Hotel.

The main attraction, city center and train station is 12 minutes walking. As my staying was during winter, it was dark to walk back to the hotel late evening.

the hotel was perfect, and we just booked on the same day spontaneously. It was convenient because cancellation is allowed before 6pm the same day. It was perfect, in case we decide to cancel our trip. we had a family room, 1 double bed and a bunk bed for the 2 kids. we didnt take breakfast because we had to leave very early the next day.

nothing, it was perfect for our requirement. the hotel is very simple but complete amenities needed for a 1 night stay.

We used this hotel as our overnight stop during a long journey. The room & bathroom were clean, so it was all that was needed after a long trip. Beds were comfy. The breakfast was good. It is a good place for a one-night stop.

Nothing that I recall
