Awesome and friendly staff who sort to interact and build a comfortable rapport with us. A receptionist even brought us some pretzel sticks when we sat down in the lobby waiting to go out and complemented us on our dressing :) The breakfast was good enough for the star rating of the hotel and the cost. They literally give you cans of coffee per table! The rooms were large enough and really clean! I slept well! We were right on a main city avenue within minutes walk to other restaurants and cafe. One restaurant is actual attached to the hotel.

I actually cannot say I didn't like something because taking everything into consideration, it was more than was expected. I cannot think of any dissatisfaction.

We loved our comfy room and our balcony. We decided to stay an extra day, and our host at Reception that morning (Andy) was very happy to hear it. Since we had a 2-night stay, he gave us free bus passes to Innsbruck. The bus stop is a one-minute walk away - very convenient and with a beautiful view! We enjoyed a beautiful Spring day exploring Innsbruck center and river areas. We also really enjoyed the cozy and stylish restaurant on-site. The traditional trout platter was exceptional, with parsley potatoes in burnt butter that I couldn't stop eating, even though I was completely stuffed! Great salads, too! Very nice breakfast in the atrium room, too. Overall, Stadhotel Kramer was EXACTLY the kind of place we wanted to enjoy while in Austria - a family-run business, an on-site restaurant with delicious local foods, and warm and friendly hosts. We will definitely recommend it to our friends, and we hope to return ourselves!

Very well-located and well-appointed hotel. Staff were friendly, professional and attentive, allowing us to check out late and use the atelier co-working space after doing so. Food in the Asian restaurant was good.

Better lighting in the restaurant, some milk in the room for the espresso. But these are minor quibbles and the hotel is a great addition to central Hamburg.

The room was a good size and comfortable and staff good. Easy access to town and river. A nice area of Austria and suited our requirements.

Maybe a better sign on the main road showing more clearly where the Hotel was. We walked past it and had to ask someone where it was. We later saw the sign but not that well located in our view. A minor issue in reality.

This hotel was absolutely amazing! Located right in the center of Villach, it has a beautiful traditional charm that made the stay even more special. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

It is an excellent place and a location.Walking distance from the town centre. Cosy, romantic, friendly, and clean. It is traditional and has a character. Good continental breakfast. They serve nice coffee. There is a nice bar. There is a lovely terrace where you can chill out. I would stay there again.

I liked everything. It would have helped if more waiting staff spoke a little English.

The location was great-- a short walk from the Westbahnhof and there were cute shops right outside the hotel. All amenities in the room were great.

I woke up a little before 8AM and I heard someone already knocking down the hallway for housekeeping! Seemed way too early for me. After that I kept the DND door sign on.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, and the location couldn't be better—just a few minutes' walk from the main street. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making everything even more enjoyable. Situated in the city center, the hotel offers its own parking and features a fantastic restaurant in its courtyard. We had a wonderful time and will definitely return.

Location was good, being in close proximity to the old town. Plenty of free parking onsite. Breakfast was quite substantial and their checkout time was 11.00am which may be helpful for some. Staff were helpful, including providing us with a kettle for the room when requested.

Internet was provided but was hopeless causing me to hot spot off my phone. Room was air conditioned but it appears there was an extra charge of €7 if you wanted to use it. Minimal toiletries provided.

Everything was great. In the bathroom I loved the warmer ,very smart, to can heat the bathroom for having shower. The bed was very confortable. The hotel is located in city center, has its own parking and in the hotel yard is also an amazing restaurant. The breakfast was delicious . The staff very helpfull and kind. We really had a great time and we will come back .
