Centre of town location. Clean and functional, good selection of kitchen amenities if required. Bed was comfortable. Very good support from remote staff (by whatsapp). Nice and cosy in my winter visit - not sure if it would be too warm in summer??

I pre paid for parking, but there were no allocated parking slots available (I think they have 5 slots for 8 apartments, within a courtyard also used by others). Kitchen worktop light wasn’t working. Wardrobe bottom drawer could not work correctly on runners. So a little care to some details would help. Also a weird neon light on the wall, quite dated idea. Left that turned off.

Clean. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Location in the center. Church bells tell the time from 7:00 to 21:00 ;) No problems with waking up the children ;) It is beautifully loud :) If travellng by car - set the destination to Postgasse 3 Villach to find Limehome parking spots. Turn right on Postgasse 3. if you see sign "FOTO" and drive in. Enter access code 4 digits and turn the knob. There is 5 parking spaces for Limehome clients. Without car - use the Kirtchenplatz address.

A lovely little apartment which was well furnished and spotlessly clean. Right in the heart of the old town with plenty of things to do/see/taste on your doorstep. Easy to find and enter.

The automated online check in process needs to be sorted out. Kept receiving ‘you have not completed your check in’ emails and messages even though I had a confirmation ref that was unhelpful and stressful.

great location, room well equipped comfortable and cleen. nice place to come back at the end of the day.

the access lock for the main door didn't open, could have been a big problem for late arrivals, luckily the door from the parking lot was functioning. tha place in front of the electric cabinet dirty..not welcoming while climbing on the stairs.

The apartment offered is a cleaned and well equipped property which make me feel comfortable. The location is great and next to the church.

The apartment provided is changed and is not the one I originally booked. I was confused and failed to locate the property which has two entrances with two different addresses when I arrived. No key for the apartment and guests have to memorise passwords for entry.

We stayed here for one night and we were very satified. The appartment was spacious, clean and comfy. There are only 5 parking lots and already all full when we arrived, but parking on the street was free and you don’t have to pay in a night. Pre-arrival communication was very clear as well as self check-in online.

It was not easy to open the door (pin was working but the handle seemed to be stuck). Other than that everything was perfect!

Getting into the apartments through self check in was a bit confusing. We arrived late in the evening and the instructions for parking and check in were not very clear. We could reach the management in munich on the phone and they helped up with the check in.

Apartment is new and beautiful but..

Not clear instructions about parking, but there is parking inside yard if you will get 1 of 5 spaces. 6 o'clock In the morning there were a lot of noises outside, people/restaurants were preparing for the day, as the apartment is in the centre. And also sofa was very uncomfortable and squeky. Maybe it is good for kids but as and adults we were bent in.

+: apt was renovated nicely, spacious, warm and smells nice; customer service is available 24/7, and they have a sense for business of managing accomodation.

-: the boiler was not working (no warm nor hot water; but customer service is available 24/7, they did not fix the boiler, but they made correction/compensation in some other way); not enough parking places (for the weekend that is not a problem, but during the week it is).

Location right in downtown. Had small kitchen, washer, ironing etc. Very comfy and clean apartment 111. Parking nearby.

In summer no aircon means open windows. 5:35am the city cleaning crew will wake you up and at 7am the church clock bells will put a final punch in your sleep. At least you can enjoy a long day. In bathroom there is no space for toiletries, this needs some shelving. We never received an access pin code for getting into postgasse3. 1133 magic nr and turn knob right. Luckily someone showed us behind us.
