Almost everything. We were allowed to enter our room much earlier than the check in time. Breakfast is great,lots of variety to choose from. The staff from the reception to the cleaning lady are so accomodating. The location is so accessible both to to the train station and the oldtown. Simply minimalistic room (which is my style) and so clean. If ever I would ever go back to Villach ,I would stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

There was a drunk man(speaking English)screaming at the corridor at around midnight which I do not blame the hotel for. It just simply woke us up.

Exellent location, very close to the centre and 15 min drive from the nearest ski lift. Free parking, good sized room, nice breakfast, kind staff. We rented three rooms and all three were next to each other, which was really nice.

Our room was too warm and we found no way to control the heat (other than opening the window, which we did reluctantly). We came for several days and the space in the cupboard was simply not sufficient to fully unpack - so we had to dress from our suitcase, not a big deal, but less comfortable than expected. If you come by car, do not be put off by the No Entry traffic signs. The small letters beneath the signs say that you can enter if you go to the hotel. There should be clear info about this in the message sent by the hotel after booking, otherwise this is quite confusing. There is no gym :(

The hotel is centrally located, just across the main railway station. The sound isolation is very good, you can't hear the street noise when the windows are closed. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are spotless. The AC and wi-fi are good. Check in is pretty fast and hassle-free. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, a bakery and a kebab place less than a minute away. The city center is a pleasant five-minute walk.

The pillow is too soft. There should also be a smaller pillow, apart from the big one. The fridge in the room was not on upon my arrival, perhaps because they are trying to be eco friendly.

The place was just across the road from the Train Station so was absolute perfect for me. The Room was great, large size, with a great desk overlooking a stunning view as I sat and planned my next trip. Bed and shower were great. Breakfast was amazing and plenty. Walk down the Main Street or along the River. Beautiful city with the mountains or hills all around. Be lovely when they have snow on them also. Oh and try their beer down the road. Was a great stay. Wish I had stayed longer

Staff were in every way fantastic, helpful, friendly. they deserve a big pat on the back. Breakfast was very good indeed with a huge choice. Hotel was incredibly clean, everywhere.

Room was small but it was a single. A bit stuffy but the outside temperature was 29+. The internal air con was effective but I can't sleep with a constant noise however quiet it was, so off it went.

Location - Convenient location, just across the Central Station. Personnel - Friendly personnel. Check-in, check-out - Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Room - Economy Twin Room is spacious, with good quality furniture including minibar, quiet and with warm interior design. The room was facing Central Station and had a nice view over the mountain behind the station. Breakfast - Good breakfast in a nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice service personnel greet every guest. Other services - There is a lounge area on the 1st floor, where one can spend some time working or just read newspapers. There is also a vending machine there which is quite useful in the late evenings or on Sundays.

Nothing noticed during 2 days stay.

The hotel employees were really helpfull at every stage of my stay and the breakfast is amazing! At lots of things are home made and there is a huge choice. Regarding the hotel location, it was perfect for me: in front of the main train station and the bus station as well as close to the city center.

If it would be possible to change the room temperature ourselves this would be nice. I found my room a bit too hot. But that's really a tiny detail, the rest was perfect!

The hotel was comfortable, convenient & functional. Ideal for rail travellers, it faces the station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. Food selection was good, well presented and managed. We enjoyed our brief stay

Not much, except first impressions were of a drab lacklustre hotel, which it wasn’t. A brighter presentation, particularly in the lobby, would better reflect the hotels character

Great location as we were travelling by train and it is 1 minute from the station. Also there is a supermarket near by so we could stock up. The room was adequate. The wardrobes and bathroom were a step up from the bedroom. Hot shower, shampoo and shower gel were provided. The breakfast was great, good selection of self service food.

I can’t remember if it had air conditioning. It could have better lighting.

Delicious breakfast, with huge selection, nothing felt like the cheapest quality, many bio and intolerance friendly options. The room was just normal. We stayed just for one night, so it was ok for that. You can see some wear and tear in the rooms, but otherwise all good.
