Lovely property in a beautiful setting. It was very clean throughout and the hotel appeared to really live the green credentials. The cycling facilities were very good with knowledgable staff and secure storage for the bikes. All the staff I encountered were friendly, helpful and very accommodating.

The hotel website offers self service laundry, however on arrival this did not appear to be the case. I had taken some wash tablets and some of the group hadn’t taken much kit as they thought they could wash it. We managed to get some cycling kit washed but were charged for the privilege which was not what the website states.

Location, the surrounding itself.

Cleaning was not good, too many areas were not clean, dust and spiderwebs.

This is a fantastic hotel in a truly beautiful location. The distance from Bled is easily covered by bike, making it perfect for exploring the area. The rooms are stylish, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast offers a great variety of flavors, and the restaurant itself is stunning—especially the BBQ area, which features special offerings both in the morning and evening..

The room we booked was intended to accommodate three people, but it felt a bit cramped. When we arrived, we had some difficulty finding enough space to store our luggage comfortably.

Everything! It was stunning, warm and welcoming. The room and balcony were perfect, comfortable and clean. It’s situated perfectly a short trip from lake Bled and surrounding hot spots. Such as vintgar gorge, lake jasna and bled toboggan. The choice Where to eat either in the huge restaurant or outdoor on the covered terrace was perfect and we were spoilt for choice with the delicious food. We are planning our return already!

Absolutely nothing, it was perfect!

* Location is nice (note: you need a transport, ideally a car, to get there) * Facilities were good * The interior/exterior of the hotel and surroundings were beautiful * Exceptional breakfast

* Parking could be a problem, the space is limited (note: we had an issue finding a free spot when coming from Bled, late in the evening) * A bit overpriced (perhaps it is due to a high season, immense popularity of Bled with tourists and limited availability of hotels in the area)

- The staff were super lovely and helpful. They dried our clothes after a rainy day. - Nature-friendly and quiet location. - The hotel's appearance and decor were wonderfully themed and atmospheric. - The air conditioning worked excellently, a great plus during summer.

- The showerhead was fixed to the wall and could not be adjusted. Therefore, washing hair with the water pressure was somewhat challenging. - We hoped for more fresh vegetables and fruits at breakfast. Just a personal preference. - On a rainy day, we asked the staff for tips on nearby activities, but their knowledge was limited, so we recommend putting together some ideas for future tourists.

The room had a nice spacious balcony. We liked the design of the building (lots of wood). The location is nice and quiet (away from the crowds) but still close enough to go to Lake Bled by bicycle or even on foot. The "zero waste" ethos is good, and is backed up by recycling points in the bedroom corridors.

Food is pretty average - edible, but we've certainly had better.

When we arrived there by car, there were constructions on the street on the way up to the hotel. We followed this street since it was the one that Google Maps proposed. After arriving to the hotel, I asked the reception and they said that we should have followed a different road, crossing a nearby village. In my honest opinion, the hotel should have contacted us a priori, to share these instructions on how to reach the hotel through the village, and not the main street that Google Maps proposed, which was under construction.

Gorgeous hotel, loved all the wooden features. Great breakfast and dinner, lots of options for vegetarians (and other dietary requirements). Cycling rental was great, loads of routes planned direct from the hotel and available as GPX files, we did the Golden Bled ring on e-mtbs which was awesome! Also loved the focus on sustainability and zero waste.

Would have preferred a double bed to two single beds pushed together but we booked super last minute so not a real complaint.

This was a perfect place for our vacation! Quiet and calm, but still close to the lake and the town. Big balcony with a beautiful view overlooking a pine forest. Breakfast was perfect with a lot of options to choose from and the staff was great. The spa is small but has everything you need, we paid a little bit extra to use it everyday during our stay. I very much recommend this place and would gladly come back 😍
