Very pleasant area. Building is new and has an exceptional design combining in a pleasant way wood, leather and modern materials. Hosts did their best to find a baby chair to add to the bikes for a trip around the lake and the areas. There is a charging station available for EV cars at affordable prices. Would happuly return to Pr Anzl

Even though we made it to breakfast around 9, at 10 when I wanted to get another slice of bread I was informed that the breakfast has finished. I understand such behavior if I have made it to breakfast after 10 when it was closed, but since I was already there... This could only triggered the wasting mode and people will put more on their plates just in case.

Excellent Property! I love that it was up in the hills overlooking Bled and away from all the masses of tourist around the lake. The room was like being in a Swiss Chalet. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the towels were white and fluffy in the bathroom. the property is extremely clean and the family that runs. The property are so friendly and nice. They serve a wonderful buffet breakfast in the morning which offers everything from eggs and sausage, waffles, pancakes, fruits, all kinds of bread and sweet treats. Many choices for any traveler. I would highly recommend this accommodation and I would love to return.

I loved everything about it.

very pleasant and quiet accommodation away from the main centre. At the same time, very close to the lake, shops and restaurants. The equipment and comfort of the accommodation are completely satisfactory. The breakfast buffet was perfect, the staff very pleasant and helpful. We can fully recommend it to those who are going to visit Lake Bled. Note: The access road to the Pr Anzl leads through a zone with no entry for cars (subject to a fine of 200 EUR). However, it is fine for guests staying in the given location and you can therefore drive directly to the Pr Anzl.

No complaints.

There were many, many things we liked about the property. Firstly, it is in a fantastic location - just a 3 minute walk to one of the only free places to swim in the lake. You can hire bikes, which is a great way to get round the lake. The breakfast… wow. We read reviews about the breakfast but it exceeded our expectations. It was 10/10 and there were so many options. It was buffet style, but you could also eggs, bacon etc. Barbara was great at communicating before the trip and whilst we were there - she was the perfect host. We would also like to thank Barbara’s lovely sister, who took our egg order each morning and chatted to us. The whole stay was perfect and we plan to return in the winter months.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Pr Anzl. When we arrived we were so kindly upgraded to a suite which was a lovely surprise. We had originally planned to stay 2 nights, but almost immediately knew we needed to extend our stay. Barbara made that happen for us, and we honestly could have stayed for a month! The location is extremely walkable into the main areas of Lake Bled and the charm of this area is indescribable. Every element of this property is spotless, stunning, and it’s clear how much love and effort goes into hosting their guests. We can’t wait to return!

This is a fantastic property in a perfect location for visiting lake bled. Only 5 mins walk down the hill to the lake where you can swim and rent boats or kayaks etc to go to bled island. The breakfast was great at this property; lots of fresh fruit and yogurts, cakes and pastries and a coffee machine. The room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the garden full of apple trees and mountains. The staff were nice, and let us check out a bit later as our train wasn’t till later that day.

The shower head seemed a bit broken, but there was fantastic water pressure.

Everything about the location and the people was amazing. We travel a lot, but really we haven't found a location like this....it was better than a 5 stars hotel. First the owners were very nice, friendly and helpful even until we got to them...a huge plus was the fact that they spoke excelent english. The location was amazing,really clean, everything new and nice, all the detalis were amazing,little chocolates left in the room for the children, the beds were really comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing....fresh fruits, pastry, and local food like ham and eggs, it was a breakfast full of everything. In one word....it it an amazing location and most certainly we will come back.

Great location around a 15-20 minute walk from Bled centre. Fantastic friendly welcoming hosts willing to help and go the extra mile right up until check out. Stayed in the attick room which was spotless and had fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The room was modern and cosy but still has great character. Breakfast was a good selction of fruits, cereals and pastries and cooked eggs/omlettes to order. Overall, highly recommended.

Absolutely nothing!

This property is hands-down the most beautiful bed and breakfast type establishment that we have stayed in across Eastern Europe thus far. The whole building is stunning and clearly demonstrates pride of ownership by Barbara and her husband Gregor. Our room was stunning, spacious, and very welcoming. A lot of care has been put into making this home ever so functional, with electric windows and shutters which even close automatically when it rains! The wood throughout is stunning and creates an environment of luxury and warmth at the same time. There is absolutely no doubt that if we ever come back to Bled - or have friends or family that does - that we would recommend this place with our strongest and most enthusiastic endorsement!

The staff here are great- I tried to extend a night and when they were full so they couldn't accommodate the extra night, they called a neighboring guesthouse and booked me a room! So nice! Also, since that guesthouse didn't have breakfast, they invited me back for breakfast, even though I didn't even stay that night at the hotel! That is going above and beyond for sure.

They operate the small hotel with only a few people- so they are quite busy... this means they can be a little short and straight to the point. This doesn't bother me, but I can see how certain cultures might be turned off by this. I think it's a Slovenian thing to be quite direct, so don't worry if you don't get the saccharine style of communication common with a fancy hotel. They will go above and beyond to accommodate you!
