The hotel staff is very friendly, rooms clean, view from the balcony is super-nice. Entertaintment program is different for each day so if you're traveling with kids of age 5+ you can make them busy for almost entire day. Glad that indoor pool was open till 22:00.

I've expected that for the hotel with wellness center inside there will me more healthy food for the breakfast. But other that everything was great.

We recently booked two rooms for a one-night stay to celebrate my father’s birthday, and our experience at the hotel exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived at the parking area until our departure, the service, facilities, and hospitality were exceptional. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the hotel staff for their outstanding service, with special recognition to Ilgar bey. His thoughtful gestures significantly enhanced our celebration. Upon our arrival, he arranged a selection of desserts in our room, and in the evening, we were delighted to receive a beautifully presented birthday cake, chocolates, a bottle of champagne, and a heartfelt birthday note. These thoughtful touches made our stay truly memorable. The hotel is situated in a serene and picturesque location, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment. The staff ensured a well-organized selection of activities, including SPA services and entertainment programs tailored to different age groups and preferences. One of the highlights of our stay was the open-air evening party, where guests were treated to complimentary samovar tea, adding a unique cultural touch to the experience. Overall, this hotel provides an exceptional level of comfort and hospitality. I highly recommend it to both local and international visitors exploring the southern region of Azerbaijan.

Some foods have been served a bit cold. Might be better if they ensure that the meals are kept in hot pots during the serving hours.

One of our best stay, lovely resort with amazing natural views and quiet stay. Room is modern, comfortable and clean. Everyone was smiling, friendly and tried to help us noting that most of them don’t speak English. Mr. Jufar, Mr. Ruskan and Mr. Orkhan were knowledgeable, willing to help, extremely helpful and very generous ♥️ We spend a full day on Spa it was an amazing experience. Restaurants are all great. Breakfast was treat with good range of dishes. Additionally they managed an activities every night for kids and adults. Resort includes a video game area, kids areas (indoor and outdoor) as well as bowling, Pool and hot springs. Pool is little bit small compared to resort size but clean. Thanks for everyone for the lovely stay.

Liked the BBQ faculty after 19.00. The large terraces available in some of the rooms. The pools and spa services. Entertainment for kids. Some of the staff were really great.

The room could have been a bit better for type of establishment. It was not a luxury room but it was fine. Some of the staff were a bit surly. At the restaurant they were so quick to close the buffet at dinner that they were refusing to service us 5 minutes before closing. We had a hungry child so we could have chosen food within 5-10 minutes and been done choosing- at least for the child. Also the reception - some do the ladies seemed rude especially when checking out. Not even a thank you or eye contact.

Here are the parts I liked: The reception was very friendly upon arrival. They quickly completed my check-in and gave me the room number. The room was clean and I really liked it. The bathroom wasn’t very big, but it was comfortable. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. The service was below standard. The table decoration was also below standard. As for the location, I can say that the hotel is situated inside a forest. It’s very easy to find — we used Waze and had no trouble getting there. It’s located in a beautiful area with fresh air. During this period, though, it rains quite a lot.

What I didn’t like was the restaurant — it was well below the standards of a 5-star hotel. Both the cutlery and the dishes could have been cleaner. Although there was a wide variety of food, the vegetables used were not very fresh. The service in the restaurant was also below standard The spa, especially the Turkish hammam, was very nice. The scrubbing (kese) was also great and worth trying. The thermal pool was good as well, but the surrounding area seemed a bit worn out — not quite at the level of a 5-star hotel. It could have been cleaner and more modern. The children’s play areas were somewhat neglected — they were dirty and some parts were damaged. We reported these issues to the technical staff, but they were not resolved during our stay.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I’m thoroughly impressed. The attentive staff, excellent facilities, delightful breakfast, refreshing pool, and various recreational activities, including bowling and other games, made for a truly enjoyable experience. The surrounding woodland provides a serene atmosphere, adding to the hotel’s appeal. A particular highlight is the Kükü Restaurant on the 9th floor, offering an exceptional dining. A special thank you to Vugar Bey, who reached out to ensure every aspect of our stay met our expectations. His proactive and professional approach was much appreciated. Additionally, the hotel’s easy accessibility from Baku, with a smooth and well-maintained road, makes it even more convenient. I will certainly be returning!

The room was uncomfortably warm, which led us to sleep with the window open. We brought this to the attention of the staff for their consideration. Additionally, I believe the pricing could be more competitive.

Comfortable, well-appointed rooms Excellent spa and other facilities The Manager Vuger was extremely hospitable, showing us where to go in the vicinity and also giving us a tour of the hotel & its services and amenities. The restaurant and front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially as English is not their first language. Delicious meals, especially in the Kuku Restaurant, the waiters were very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and highly recommend it

First class personnel, good Amenities and delicious food! I would like specially to highlight personnel who was providing first class and individual approach to all guests: Jamil Musayev the best chef and manager that i have ever met in hotel! Ilgar and Mifeyaz at reception registered us very promotly, friendly and professionally, i have been to many hotels in the world but i had never such 5* experience in any hotel, thanks to Ilgar and Mirfeyaz for welcoming us so friendly, checkin was spotless!! We had dinner in the barbecue area, again we have been very warm Welcomed by chef Jamil Musayev, Administrator Rakif and Waiter Aghakhan! I would Like to thanks the above mentioned personnel for Making our stay so special with lots of good memories! And of course Vugar Maharramov who is handling all reservations via Booking.com, who met us right at the lobby when we arrived and introduced himself and gave his business card offered his help! Warm, welcome, support. Food was nice and tasty (fish, rice, meat, vegetables, sweets etc). Great nature and a wide range of entertainment and walking / resting facilities. All personnel were welcoming and ready to support (of course we, as guests, were also polite and didn't act arrogantly). Bathroom accessories' daily supply was sufficient. Moreover, we were assigned a special manager, who provided additional support as a guests who booked the hotel over Booking (didn't expected that :) ).

The hotel is fantastic! The personnel is very friendly and supportive with any possible issue, everyone is very helpful. The breakfast was very good with a wide variety of choices. We stayed during the birthday period of the kid, the complimentary gift was a beautiful surprise for us, hosting manager Aydan khanim did fantastic job organizing it, she contacted several days before the arrival to check for the important date/celebration while staying in hotel and that's very thoughtful.
