Amazing staff! Great view 🥰. Room was very clean I also love that there is plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. You must also go to Get Wet watersports !!!! Omg i can’t remember the name but right next to hotel is a great breakfast spot ( ask for bacon crispy tho lol) !!! I had a blast !!!!

Needed to switch rooms due to the A/C didn’t respect I was on my bday trip lol .

The room had a waterside view. The building was nice to view and well located for the nearby market. Felt safe in the hotel. Plenty of parking, but was quiet when we stayed. In fact the entire island seemed to be empty.

No direct beach at the property. This property like most in the area are behind what you would normally expect at a hotel, but this is the bahamas.

The staff was very friendly, I had an issue with getting the air condition on and front desk sent someone up within 5 minutes to correct the issue with was great. I liked how the property is centrally located with lots of restaurants and activities to keep you busy. Would stay again.

I was disappointed because upon booking the room I had requested a king size bed, which I did not receive, so I called down to the front desk and was told there weren't any more rooms available with the king bed, therefore making my sleep a bit uncomfortable and I didn't get much sleep. The room could've been a bit cleaner, I stayed at the property recently for the year and the room I had then was much better than the one I had on this visit.

The challenges were poor WiFi, and housekeeping - the room during my stay was not cleaned for about two days, and there was no water to be purchased at the hotel.

The location was great on a kind of small peninsula. The rooms were big and airy with a small patio with chairs and table ours was overlooking one of the 3 pools and the inlet. There’s a water taxi that goes to Taino beach on a regular schedule. There’s several restaurants within the compound.

Excellent location on the marina, close to a wide selection of bars & restaurants. Well-appointed room, great views, modern & clean.

We booked a suite but on arrival were told we only had a standard room (same price) & that the details on Booking.com were incorrect. After complaining we were upgraded to a suite.

I loved that they had a full service restaurant right on the property. I really loved Sabor and my family did to. The pool was clean even though we did not get to use it and the staff was incredible! They accommodated us even when our room got flooded out. Very efficient and effective staff that was very welcoming. Oh and the buffet breakfast on the property was delicious!

The bed was soft and comfortable. The location was near restaurants and the breakfast was awesome the staff was nice and helpful, especially at breakfast.

There wasn't any microwave in the ground floor room but in the laundry area. The price we were given for one (1) night was $202.02. We end up paying $323.02 which is $121.00 over the price given by booking.com. This should have been stated before we booked.

The location was good for my purposes. The room was quite nice, with a comfortable bed and adequate seating options. Nice strong shower.

The absence of a microwave was a bit of a disappointment and maybe some decaf tea could have been made available (with less artificial sugar).
