I overall had a pleasant experience during my stay in this hotel. I would like to get the attention of General Manager Mr. Khurshed Alam and Owner Mr. Taher on a particular employee named Zahidul Islam. Room Attendant Zahidul Islam provided outstanding customer service to me. Zahidul Islam is a talented, sharp and intelligent employee. I believe promoting Zahidul Islam to other pivotal positions at Elite Palace will maximize the growth and output of the hotel. I am wishing all the best for Room Attendant Zahidul Islam for his outstanding and remarkable customer service. Room Attendant Zahidul Islam is definitely a great asset for any employer/organization. I am hoping Elite Palace management will consider my suggestion and help promote Room Attendant Zahidul Islam rise his career ladder. Thank you

I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Elite Palace in Comilla and overall, I am quite satisfied. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The staff was polite and cooperative. Location-wise, it’s convenient and easy to find. Room service was timely, and the food was also decent. For a short stay, it was comfortable and relaxing. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The breakfast is good. The hotel restaurant was the best one I came across during my time in Bangladesh. Highly recommended for lunch and dinner. I had problems with my noisy room in the first night and the management upgraded me to a much better room for the remaining nights without additional costs. Great service.

Some rooms can be noisy. Mine was directly opposite the rooftop kitchen entrance which was in use until midnight.

Everything was fine and excellent. Except that our room did not have a shower glass or curtain.

Lack of shower glass and curtain in the bathroom which meant after every shower, the floor was completely wet.

The hotel is fantastic. The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and well furnished. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff were professional and helpful. Perfect position in the city centre.

This is a true 4 star hotel. Great location. Great customer service. They maintained a 5star quality. Beds are comfortable. Large spacious rooms. Delicious breakfast. Easy to find in Cumilla.

Best hotel in the city. This is a wonderful business hotel in cumilla city, nice food and best clean rooms, friendly Staff. It was a great and luxurious stay with u guys. Security system was mind blowing, Will come back again and again. Thank you
