I was traveling for work and used the hotel room only to sleep. It was perfect for my purpose. In particular, the hotel was much better than its competitors in the region.

I did not have time to explore essentially anything beyond my room. But I went to check their pool and was thinking about taking a dip in the hot summer. It is too small and unimpressive. But at the same time a pool was of little importance for my stay.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful at every level, from the entrance through to reception, restaurant and housekeeping; and they all went out of their way to accomodate all my mother's wheelchair requirements. The food was also exceptional---particularly their "gudok" (a local dish); and their fish tikka.

Best location,fgood chef and obviously the variety of food, cooperative staff, wonderful breakfast. Overall fist class. First class management and helping desk. No language problem. A oerfect place to stay.

Exorbitant booze rates. And location of bar just at reception door. No proper privacy. But overall a good bar.

Well maintained and neat. Room was clean and comfortable. The view from the room was soothing, with lots of trees all around. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. Food was also good.

There were mosquitoes in the room and restaurant so I would suggest more measures be taken for pest control. Restaurant service regarding A la carte order should be improved. Service was very slow.

It was a nice visiting to hotel polo twrs agartala... They have excellent staffs..with good behaviour and communication skills..thanks to Mr. JABEDUR for your company n guidance...keep it up.. i liked the pool area specially.. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient... everything was clean n cool.. really amazing

Nice food, attentive staff willing to go the extra mile. Room was very nice and met standard expected. Nice spa, good room service and easily the best hotel in the area. Plenty of meal choices.

Spa was a little expensive even though it was nice. Not much else to complain about.

Staff was very very courteous, helpful and supportive specially front office manager Mr vivek pandey, bar manager Mr Ghosh, chef gaurav and serving giy dhruv. All have been instrumental in making my stay comfortable and happy

The toiletteries were placed directly on the sink and got wet. Advisable that they use a bamboo tray for the purpose. It will save money for them and also reduce wastage

Clean, well appointed. Friendly staff who go above and beyond to help. Security will escort you for your safety if you need to visit the ATM, provide a brolly if it’s raining and carry your bags. The food was delicious and well priced. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

My booking somehow did not reflect my 12 year old child included otherwise in the rest of the bookings made for hotels in Kolkata, Guwahati etc. Here it was not reflected and i had to pay extra for the child during my stay.
