Both managers( Mr Avisekh and Mr Ananta) are very nice person. Exceptionally good hospitality. Very helpful. Caretaker Mr Rajib is also very nice person. Very caring. Restaurant is good. Foods are good. Miss Tripura(Title, forgot her name) the restaurant cashier is always smiling young lady is very impressive. I can't forget these nice people.

Your rate was more than normal rate. No need to book from your app.

Though I have reservation but they denied to give me room first time. They said that most of the time guest did not come after online booking so, they did not reserve room for online customer specially guest of Booking.com. After long argument they give me a room.

It should be clean, It's very shabby. Also 24 hr checkout /checkin should be reqd

The service of the hotel is not of the desired level of the customer. AC is not working in the room. Poor management. AC in the room did not solve after saying several times. At night I had to go to another room and sleep with my family. Hotel cleanliness needs to be improved.

Poor management, uncleanliness & service is poor. As per our request, they don't response in proper time.

I liked nothing about the hotel except the guy Rajeev .

The hotel is not at all good with your broken beds bathroom amenities broken ,no complimentary water.smelly.not good for a family to stay with.bookingv.com please remove this hotel from your list.its not worth it

Price taken double as I had to check out early but your poor communication system gave me loss

First I was visit hotel and stuck in lift more then 20 minutes , there is no life saver equipments.. no power back up for settle this type of situation... It's very horable experience to us.. owh god save all..
