Real 4* Hotel, much better than any in the area I tried. 2 entrances make it easy to get to the Gap or main road to Bridgetown/Oistins. Extremely well equiped rooms and tennis courts, basic mini golf if you like that sort of stuff.

The check in is horrendous, so many rules to sign up to, they take $99 from your credit card to be refunded later. You are worn out at the end of it. Learn how to use a convection oven as they are in the rooms.

Loved the location..staff were good and efficient..Hamilton in the main beach bar was very attentive and informative..we had a few issues with our room but they were dealt with very quickly and efficiently.overall I would recommend this hotel to friends

The fact that as we were a big party of 14 for one night then reducing to 8 for the next few nights things seem to have got a bit mixed up room wise...I had booked a room for 3 of us but it was only set up for 2 wen we could get in so had to ask for more towels bedding etc...the sofa bed was broken but was replaced shortly after..the front door wouldn't close but was fixed once I reported it but we didn't have patio furniture whereas our friends in the adjoining room did but when I asked for some we did not receive any so had to bring out the kitchen chairs...all in all tho it was a great hotel in a great location and would def return

Lovely stay! Staff were pleasant and friendly. The room was fantastic and had great amenities. All areas, exterior and interior, were well kept and clean. The main pool was open until 10 pm; great for an evening swim. Lots of things to do at the resort and close to many restaurants. Happy with our stay.

I was advised it was $150 to use the bbq. Therefore, we didn't use it. Very disappointed we could not cook burgers.

The location is great and the beach across the street is beautiful! Plus the terrace at Pure Ocean was my favorite place, great staff,great drinks and good food!

The hotel is not the most updated and well kept and the room was not very clean, honestly for the money you pay, I think they can improve a lot of things. At least to check the lights and the plugs if they're working and give a good clean between guests

Everything perfect all staff were excellent especially reception and pureocean especially always available sun beds on beach and around pool areas

Comfortable, spacious room, great swimming pools, convenient washer and dryer. Short walk to beach and to good restaurants. Convenient to airport.

The room and breakfast were exceptional, and having access to the facilities AC was a blast. The extention of stay was sorted out easily.

At arrival there was abit of concern, but the Manager on duty worked it all out. The hours of original stay 4:00 pm to 10 am is too short..

Perfect location to relax. Great pool and beach front restaurant. Staff were lovely and helped make our wedding anniversary extra special.

Impeccably maintained. Friendly staff. Gorgeous property with great restaurants and services close by.

The Southwinds missed a few basics. The kitchen should have had hot drink options. Tea and real coffee should be a basic provision along with a couple bottles of water. And it needed a luggage valet or bench to avoid putting the bags on the bed

Great location. Access to a stunning beach, numerous restaurants within walking distance and easy to get to other places nearby

bar prices expensive compared to other local prices. hotel does not make enough of its bar facility especially the beach bar.
