We loved the grounds with the pool, the condo itself was amazing. A huge balcony, equipped kitchenette, comfy beds, beach towels, all you need to get started for an awesome time in Mullins Bay Barbados. The location itself is one of our favorites. Very secure and wonderful helpful staff from start to finish. AC worked great too.

The gym was a bit musty.

We had an amazing stay at Mullan’s Grove in Barbados. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home, thanks to Denise and Mark, who were fantastic hosts. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference—they were always on hand if we needed anything but also gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our stay. The property itself is beautiful—peaceful, well-maintained, and surrounded by nature. The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Whether we were enjoying a quiet morning on the patio or unwinding by the pool in the evening, it felt like a true retreat. The location is ideal—private and tranquil, yet close enough to stunning beaches and great local restaurants. It was the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and experience the best of Barbados, Mullan’s Grove is a hidden gem. Huge thanks to Denise and Mark for making our stay so special—we can’t wait to return!

Some of the facilities around it are very expensive but a short trip up to sleightstown and there great value to be got.

LITERALLY EVERYTHING! The apartment we got was tucked away behind the property. At first we were sad that we weren’t facing the pool, but our patio proved to be the most peaceful sanctuary and my favorite place to spend time on the property. The property was very clean and the staff were so polite and accommodating. Our oven wasn’t working and as a family we cook alot and that was the intention throughout the trip so we intended to utilize the oven. They quickly offered to switch our rooms but because of the lovely patio i really did not want to leave so they offered us the use of the oven in the adjacent apartment that wasn’t occupied. Gym facilities were great and the area by the pool was always well kept(the pool was also warm).

The location of the property is a bit far(30-45minute drive) from popular beaches and city life so if you do stay I would recommend renting a vehicle. But there are a lot of beautiful places in the area as well. Sea Shed which is walking distance away was hands now one of the most scenic restaurants i ever went to, and Mullins beach which is also a 2minute walk from the property was so beautiful and amazing at sunset. Also the couches in the apartment could be a bit more comfortable. We only realized it could convert to a bed the day before we left😅 wish we knew that before!

Great boutique hotel in a safe location in Mullins. Beaches are not that great on this side, so drove to pebble beach and brownes beach for beach leisure. However, the hotel is near markets and restaurants within walking distance

The hotel doesn't provide enough of the basic essentials when you arrive, no sugar, water, etc. Also, they need to supply more tioletries such as paper towels and toilet paper. Also, cleaning needs to be done every 2 days.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained. Mullins Beach and Gibbes Beach being a 5 minute walk from the complex was great. And the views on the beaches were amazing...local foods were delicious...

Nothing negative but having toiletries would be great...and although we used the internet to organize day trips and excursions, having a guide or book for recommendations would be an added plus.

Really nice, spacious room. Great a/c and wifi. Pool was good, spent a lot of time there. Bed was big and really comfortable. Concierge was helpful and courteous right from arrival till we left.

Nothing really, only thing was having to get across H1 to go to the beach or restaurants but is literally 3 mins away and not a big deal.

The staff was extremely friendly and the property was very clean. Our two bedroom unit was spacious and perfect for our 3 night stay!

It would've been really nice to have shampoo & conditioner in the bathrooms, as well as body lotion.

The place is really nice. Very clean and well maintained! The apartment is well equipped generally but need to put some essentials like coffee and tea. Provide some complementary water and such

The area is a bit too quite at night. Morning breakfast was a struggle as well with nowhere near open for breakfast and the place not providing breakfast options. So to me, location isn't the greatest.

It is so beautiful and clean inside and out. The grounds are stunning, and all the plants make it so lush and secluded feeling. The staff was so kind and helpful! The location was a minute's walk to the beach, and this great place called The Fruit Basket with great drinks (with alcohol and without ). I was truly sad to leave but can't wait to come back!!

I honestly loved everything. If I HAD to mention something I didn't like, perhaps a bit more seating in the living room? (There were 4 of us in a 2/2)

Staff is excelent, accomodation is really spacious, extra clean and nice, cleaning every 3 days. And yes you can see the monkeys outside in the morning 🤞🏼 Pros: hairdryer, iron, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Cons: shampoo, soap are missing, just so you know We will definetely come back
