We stayed there to attend the Tomorrowland 2025. It was a small but conformable hotel. They had a great breakfast and even snacks etc which you can purchase as you need. Bed was really cozy so we were able to truly rest for the next day

Location was a little away from Antwerp. So if we were to take public transport to the Boom for festival thats definetely really time consuming and pretty impossible late at night since trams stop from Antwerp central to Zuid around 1pm However luckily we decided to take cabs from and to the festival it was expensive but still was a pretty comfortable choice. So all in all no problem

First of all, the staff is very pet-friendly, upon arrival our dog was immediately treated with dog snacks. Second thing to note is that the area around hotel is much better then I guessed from Google maps. The construction works around were completed like year or two ago, so surroundings were actually very nice. Hotel offered free coffee/tea in the hall; also there were magnetron and sandwich maker. The rooms were clean, there were even USB charging sockets. Also, the hotel and staff pay great attention to environmental friendliness.

Google failed miserably with driving directions around hotel; also automobile roads to/from hotel does not differs much from pedestrian walkways, so maybe (next time) some instructions how to reach hotel parking would be nice.

A good room on a good location in Antwerp South. Several parks close by, a vibrant neighbourhood with lots of places to eat. And within walking distance of the Foto Museum & the Museum voor Schone Kunsten. I like the B&Bchain also for its possibility to opt out of cleaning your room every day. You get a €5 voucher per day instead. Breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. I loved the view from my room on the Vlinderpaleis, which gave me the opportunity to take pictures of wonderful sunrises & sunsets.

Such a nice neighborhood around - The room was amazing, clean with a really nice big bed - The bathroom was super nice and clean - Reception and cleaning ladies were really friendly and helpful - The view from our room was nice too - The TV in our room was a Smart TV, so we could relax and watch what we wanted - Close to Sportpalais as well that we could go for the concert - There is nothing bad I could say about B&B. We were really satisfied with it and definitely will be back soon !

It is actually a great hotel. It does not pretend to be a Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt and it does not have to. It is good, it is fine for business people, it is fine for families and it is good accommodation for a city-trip. The breakfast is great : plenty of choice, very fresh, friendly staff. You can walk along the river Scheldt/Schelde from the hotel to the city which is very relaxing and offers plenty to see ! We used to live in Antwerp, but live in Sydney, AUS now and it is always a pleasure to come "home" in this city that has so much to offer. And B&B Hotel Zuid is a great addition to this beautiful city ! There are plenty of good restaurants and cafes/bars close by for a lunch or dinner or a simple drink of excellent Belgian beer !

It is approx a half hour walk from the hotel to the centre of Antwerp city. Good for the digestion of your sumptuous breakfast ! Or you can take a taxi or one of the share-bikes. The bed is large enough, but the rooms are quite small - think not enough room to store larger suitcases or to hang up clothes. But large enough if you are a light traveller on a short trip or a couple on a city trip.

The location was great for us since we always walk while traveling, so a 20-minute walk to the city center was easy. The room was very clean, staff was kind and helpful & generally the hotel was well-maintained. Note that the TV streaming services might not work - for us this was no problem since holidays are for other things besides watching Netflix, but if you’re different you might want to take your laptop or something. Bathroom is small indeed but nowhere near as dramatic as some of the reviews claim. Mega job for the cleaning crew, they definitely deserve a raise! Everything went well!

Very clean, comfortable. Friendly welcome even though it was midnight. Easy to find in an interesting district. We were able to park the car and travel easily by tram into Antwerp centre and the harbour area and the MAS museum. Couple of bars/cafes very close by too.

Bathroom tiny, which was fine for our one-night stay but might annoy some visitors.

The location in the new part of the city is excellent and very close to the older core. It has excellent galleries, which are well known and frequented by local people. Otherwise, Antwerp is a beautiful and very manageable city. Accommodation comfortable, clean, extremely friendly and helpful staff. Despite the lack of the fridge, the staff will take care of anything small if you want to store it with them (medicines, yoghurt, etc). Breakfast is classic continental, you can find something for everyone, for a fee of 13,5 euros. If you like the quiet nights, there's no noise and you'll sleep calmly. The price of the accommodation is excellent in proportion to the facilities on offer, even the coffee is free. I didn't miss anything, so I highly recommend it!

Nice hotel in the new building. About 30 min walk to the city center. The area was nice, clean, green, quiet and safe and there were many restaurants nearby. Breakfast was very good. The hotel itself is quite new and the room was nice, clean and quiet. As a bonus - there was a coffee machine where you could get free coffee and it was pretty good.

Super Clean and very friendly staff. Great koffie/thee ….safe location inside and out.

Parking for checking-in is limited if you go at a busy time…the hotel is awkwardly located at the end of what feels like a foot path more than a road. Appears as though you are not supposed to drive up to hotel entrance. A bit confusing at first glance.
